-Mist is pretty healthy, slightly stronger then average teenage girls.
-Her footwork is better then Ike's, she can run fairly quickly and dodge well too.
-She has incredible balance within her body, because of this she can withstand a lot of disturbances that change the body. It could also mean she has spiritrual ties, but this is unproven.
-Jumping skills are pretty good, better then Ike's.
Learned Abilities
-Has been taught a little swordsmanship from Titania and Ike, nowhere near her brother's level though.
-Knows how to use magic staves, trained in the healing arts by Rhys, a priest in the Greil Mercenaries.
-Can swim pretty well.
-Does house work chores very well, can cook, clean, knit etc.
Neutral Special: Sol
Mist raises her sword in the sky as it glints, and keeps it there charging light energy within the sword; when fully charged she slashes the enemy in front of her. Its like Ike's Eruption, only this one has a 2 second delay; and isn't so powerful.
Side Special: Swift Draw
Mist's version of Ike's Quick Draw, she charges her attack up and lunges at her enemy fast. Its not as powerful as Ike's Quick Draw, but it is slightly faster; and sometimes she can even slash though and enemy and keep going for a little bit.
Up Special: Shooting Star
A technique Mist developed by studying an old scroll, she slashes though the air in a diagonal swipe, then slashes higher but in the opposite way; until finally doing her final slash forming a zigzag. This is great for a Recovery move and can be controlled a little, but its only used three times in a row.
Down Special: Barrier
Mist is not only a swords woman in training, shes also a healer in training. She brings out her staff and place's a barrier around her that works just like Ness' PSI Magnet, while heals her then projectiles hit it. But unlike PSI Magnet, when its first activated it can deflect powerful physical attacks for a split second; which is handy when your normal shield is low.
Final Smash: Fortify
Mist is a good sword fighter, but unfortunately she couldn't develop an FS revolving around her blade. But she can use her staff as a replacement, the staff of miracles; Fortify. When Mist uses this a bright light appears around her healing herself and her allies slowly, it also bolsters there defense's a little too. After a while the light will vanish, but the defense should stay up for a bit. Fortify has the potential to heal up to 60 damage, which is a ton of damage too!
Weaknesses:
Mist is small, inexperienced and light, against Bowser or Ganondorf she would be cornered quickly. Mist is also very naive and trusting, to her she can't tell the difference from a good person to a bad person; and she also hates being alone some times. Mist also puts a lot on her shoulders, which also might get her in trouble.
Personality:
Mist is possibly one of the most serene, gentle and peaceful girl you'll ever meet. She is kind and warm hearted to friend and acquaintance alike, and she's always willing to help a hand to those who need it. Mist is also very social and has that up and at em attitude, however there are also times where she's bratty; a good example is bickering with her "favorite" brother Ike. Despite that though the two of them share a good relationship, which is expected between most brothers and sisters.
Likes:
Ike, Titania, Soren, Ranulf, Elincia, getting stronger, working around the castle, helping people, having fun, hearing stories from Ike about the interesting Smashers.
Dislikes:
the Black Knight, Being alone, feeling useless, meaningless fights, seeing Ike get hurt.

History:
Like Ike, Mist was born and raised by Elena and Greil to be a strong person. But unlike Ike, Mist was born with perfect inter balance, which means she is a rare magical human with potential for sword fighting and magic. This is a very rare occurrence. This also means she has alot of hidden strength within herself, despite this though Greil didn't let her train to be a mercenary. Though out the years Mist has been cooking, cleaning, sewing and pretty much doing all house work for Ike and the mercenaries for years and life was good...until the Black Knight showed up. After he killed Greil Mist went into a great depression, she lost both her mother and her father; it was at that point she never wanted to loose anyone again.
While Ike was out battling Subspace the girl spent days training herself in swordsmanship, and magic arts; so far its paying off since shes now strong enough to enter smash arenas. Once Ike came back she was a stronger person now, still keeping her gentle side but willing to help from inside and outside the battlefield. Now she spends her time doing odd jobs, while hearing about Ike's amazing stories of his allies.
