Jigglypuff makes a Pound attack and slightly moves forward a bit.
B + Down - Rest
Jigglypuff unleashes her powerful Rest move, any opponent hit by it will be sent flying in a powerful explosion. However, it only rolls a 4-sided dice.
Final Smash:
Puff Up!
Jigglypuff grows to a ridiculous size, bumping away every foe who comes in contact with her body. Afterwards she shrinks back to normal size again, now dealing damage to those who touch her.

She becomes very angry and doodles on those who fall asleep when she sings for them. This is a big weakness, considering that the other enemies she might play against are able to attack her when she's busy.
Physical
She's a lightweight character, and thus very easy to knock out. Also, she doesn't have a Special + Up attack that gives her a height-boost.
Personality:
Diva! She is angered when everybody falls asleep to her singing, but still always does so everytime she sees a stage of any sort, or even something stage-like or stage-looking. She's also a camera freak, always wanting the spotlight.

A pink puffball of about 2' 4" in height, with big green eyes and a marker.
History:
Jigglypufff started out as a normal one of these little puffballs, before finally meeting "that strange kid with the Pikachu", or Ash as we all know him by name. Jigglypuff was sitting alone on a Stump, trying to get her voice back, but was unable to do so. The "guy with the spikey hair", Brock that is, gave her some sort of fruit that made it all better, so she thanked them with a song. But since they fell asleep she drew out a marker pen from Ash's backpack and doodled on all three of them. And there were where the fun began. She followed them everywhere, trying to get the pretty lady to stay awake while she sings for her, and she followed her even after she had left the two other guys.
But finally, she gave up, and decided to search the world for someone who could listen to her music. She eventually stopped though, and settled down with someone named The Trick Master in his home. It would only take time before she left for the world again, though it was only after meeting the "kid with the Pikachu" once again she took the decision.
Lastly, she stumbled upon someone called Master Hand, a big floating hand who actually was able to listen through her entire song. Happy as she was, she stayed behind with him, and entered the Smash tournament he held.
