Upward: Fly: As Chatot flies up high! As he soars into the sky, he can jam into an opponent who happens to be in his way. This move can also be used for transportation to other areas or fields (However, Chatot must have been there before or be given directions. Also, he can only carry what his back can hold!) and for recovery from a fall.
Standard: Chatter: Chatot attacks with a sound based wave that sounds like random chatter. It doesn't deal much damage, but it may leave the enemy confused (for up to 3 turns).
Side: Peck: Chatot thrusts his beak into an enemy within range.
Down: Roost: Chatot quickly lands and rests a bit. His landing may cause damage and once in a while a one hit KO (like Jigglypuff's Rest attack).
Final Smash:
Hyper Voice: Chatot takes a deep breath then emits a terrifying echoing scream. It travels in all directions.
Weaknesses:
Chatot is weakened by Electric, Rock, and Ice type attacks. Weighting only 4.2 pounds, he can be sent flying off stage easily. Chatot can be very bossy and controlling which doesn't make him very popular with other Pokémon.
Personality:
Chatot can be brave, self-sacrificial, and considerate, but mostly only towards Wigglytuff. More often than not he is bossy, strict, and unforgiving. He has a short temper and is easily angered; also easily surprised. He is a control freak and enforces the rules to the extreme. And when his rules are broken, he issues harsh punishments. He is also very skeptical and isn't quick to believe or trust anyone. For these reasons Wigglytuff is his only friend and not many Pokémon at the guild like him. He can also be obsessive of those who he admires. Chatot can be a leader or a follower depending on the situation.

History:
Chatot has known Wigglytuff since he was a Jigglypuff! When Chatot was still very young, he fell out his nest when his mother flew away to find food. He didn't know how to get back up the tree, so he began to wander around. He ran into and away from many Pokémon until he met Wigglytuff (who was a Jigglypuff). He decided to follow Wigglytuff around because he seemed like a kind, harmless Pokémon. Wigglytuff instantly made Chatot his best friend and after that he took Chatot on their first rescue mission: rescuing some perfect apples. He admired Wigglytuff's bravery and power.
Wigglytuff believed they made a great team and together they became a rescue team. They traveled to the mysterious Brine Cave to explore some. When they were very deep, the duo was attacked by Kabutops and the Omastar Brothers. Chatot ran in front of Wigglytuff as Kabutops attempted to attack. Chatot was instantly knocked out, while the trio was defeated by Lapras. Lapras and Wigglytuff tended to Chatot's wounds. Wigglytuff promised Lapras they would never explore the cave again.
When Chatot leveled up more and Wigglytuff evolved, they then created a guild for other rescue teams to band together. The rest is history...
