Standard Special: Cross Slash - General Scales makes an X with his hands, palms out, then unleashes a great force down on the enemy. The combination of his strength, his steel claws, and his talons, deals a very powerful blow.
Upward Special: Burning Sharp Claw - General Scales takes his trusty sword in hand puts both hands on it. He then drags it on the ground and builds force, finally unleashing it on the enemy with a firey blow.
Side Special: Basalisk - General Scales quickly zips past the enemy with his sword, with the slight chance of stunning the enemy if he wishes. This move is probably the fastest one he's got. It's name is modeled after the "Basalisk" lizard as seen today. (those ones that are so fast that they can run on water.)
Downward Special: Chameleon - General Scales quickly touches the button on his belt, causing him to turn ivisible for one post. Though, a fine imprint of him can still be seen, if the player looks hard enough they can see him. It works sort of like a chameleon's camouflage.
Final Smash:
Krazoa Vigor - General Scales calls the Krazoa spirits unto him and suddenly turns into a hulking beast. He becomes larger, stronger, and bares a pair of demonic, torn, wings. He still has the same attacks pretty much, just all of them are alot stronger.
Weaknesses:
He's very slow aside from his "Basalisk" move, and even then the move is fast for him, not as fast in comparison to other characters. He's also a tad greedy and power hungry, it blinds him when he sees something he wants. He gets way to wrapped up in his goals, sometimes causing him to act angrily and frustrated over little things.
Personality:
Gen. Scales is a fairly powerful leader. He makes decisions without hesitation, and most of the time, he gets what he wants. He would go out of his way to stick to his original plan, rather than to shift toward a more time efficient and/or mor manageable plan. He's very stubborn, what he wants to do it WHAT HE WANTS TO DO! He's known as a greedy character, he tends to go after what he desires with full force.
Likes:
Power, being in charge, revenge, getting what he wants, his army (which he is going to regain, though they'll be somewhere in the background.)
Dislikes:
When things go wrong, Fox, Krystal, Andross, TRICKY, all of the dinosaur tribes that helped fox put him out of power.

History:
General Scales was the powerful and proud ruler, or at least, dictator of the Sauria region. He was general of the Sharp Claw army, and led all of the Sharp Claw on a full frontal attack against all of the dinosaur tribes. He was a very greedy ruler, constantly hungering for power, so he started a search for the "Krazoa Spirits." While on this venture, a blue fox named Krystal appeared on his ship. He found her and threatened her, causing her to leave his ship on the back of a Cloudrunner dinosaur, similar in looks to a pterodactyl. He followed Krystal to one of the Krazoa temples and watched her take one of the spirits, then when she least expected it, he trapped her into a...well crystal. He was successful and was doing a good job until Fox came along to investigate why the area was in disorder. When Fox arrived, he was sent on a mission by Queen Earthwalker, and with the help of his new friend Tricky the Prince Eathwalker, they uncovered all of the spellstones and placed them in their homes accordingly. General Scales had hindered them all the way but just couldn't seem to stop them. He went to go deal with Fox himself...or well, he tried at least. A booming voice stopped his fight with Fox, and that voice told Scales to give Fox what he wanted. General Scales unwillingly gave up the Krazoa spirit inside of him, and fell to the ground unconscious. Fox sent all of the Krazoa spirits he uncovered to their homes accordingly, and helped Krystal escape her prison...though this freed another enemy who had been tricking them all along, ANDROSS! After a climatic battle in space, Andross was defeated...though what became of General Scales? The Master Hand had taken his lifeless body and created a brand new trophy...did he believe that the world didn't have enough villains to stir things up?
