As the electronic whine of his Buster reached a crescendo, Mega Man closed his eyes, his buster still leveled at Blaziken, before they snapped open again, seeming to glitter green with the light from his body. "GO! MEGA BUSTER!!" And so the Blue Bomber's trademark attack was unleashed again, this time at the fighting Pokémon.  "GO NOW!!!" May roared. "BlaAAAAZ!!!" with all her strength, she shoved that energy forward, and it launched as a mighty and shiny beam. This is one of her powerful attacks that defeated many Pokémon in the past. Not a lot can stand up to this. [dice=10] And the beam collided with the giant blue 'fireball' and a great struggle for glory between the two beam had begun. Blaziken poured her all in her energy beam, trying to fight through this blast. But then, what shocked May and Blaziken next, was that Mega Man's blast cut through the Focus Blast like butter. Blaziken poured all the energy she had, but her attempts to strengthen her beam and stop the blue blast meant nothing. The power blast exploded, and nothing but bright white engulfed May's sight. Even the light began to shove Blaziken away from the floor. BOOM!!! And the explosion went off like a bomb, with something shooting out of it, leaving a trail of smoke. She tried to see what was going on after the blinding light ended, but then she heard some blast behind her. Looking back at the pit, she saw sparks, and looking back at the field, all she saw was Mega Man. She realized what that blast in the pit meant. Her Pokémon was blasted out of the field. "BLAZIKEN!!!  From the pit, a floating platform hovered over the field. Riding it was a old man with gray hair and match large mustache. He had a big red bow on his neck, and a simple shirt and black pants. He dramatically rose his arm at Mega's side. "FUNCTION CEASED!! THE WINNER IS MEGA MAN!!!" Megaman grinned, and brought one hand up, touching the square block on the front of his helmet, and in a flash of light, the armored warrior was replaced by... a ten year-old in a red T-shirt, shorts, and black sneakers. "I'll admit, that WAS pretty exciting... Sorry about... Blaziken, right?" |

The girl dropped to her knees in defeat; ashamed how she lost and guilty of what she put Blaziken through. If she wasn't so overconfident; trying to compete the robot's blast with the Focus Blast, she probably would have... "Huh?..." she just noticed Mega Man. Trying to get over her anger for losing, May did her best to be calm. "Uh...yeah..." but now she was worried for her Pok?mon. "...she's be alright...um, I hope I get her back." And lo and behold, a small platform hovered out of the pit, with a poke-ball that belongs to Blaziken. "Oh good!" May quickly took the ball and held it close to her. |
