Final Smash:
DO A BARREL ROLL!! A wise man once said; A barrel roll solves EVERYTHING! And that wise man was Peppy Hare. He'll call forth his Arwing and spring high off the scene. Then, from the background, he'll come charging through the battlefield and....DO A BARREL ROLL!! Which will bat anyone in the way, right off the field.
Weaknesses:
He's not as agile as he used to be in his days. His jumps lack distance, and his speed and strength do too. He mostly rely on gear to get around. Also, he's mildly absent-minded.
Personality:
Peppy is the most experienced and knowledgeable of the entire group, often giving all three of his teammates tips. Course there are rare times when he drifts back to happy times, rambling about them when no one even cares. Yes, he's becoming more absent minded as times go by. But hey; he's old, but he still has the experience to help backup his team. He does tend to seem like a worry wart when he feels that something is wrong, but hey, experience talking, so listen to the man; he knows.

PEOPLE DISRESPECTING THE BARREL ROLLS, people telling him he's old, veggies.

History:
Peppy, along with James McCloud and Pigma Dengar were called to planet Venom by General to investigate strange activity coming from the planet. Upon arrival, Pigma betrayed the team. James was killed, and Peppy barely managed to escape. Returning home, Peppy informed James' son, Fox, about his father's fate, and the new team was born.
Before the events of Star Fox 64, Peppy and his wife Vivian had their daughter Lucy, who later became a teacher on the planet Fichina. When Peppy flew for the Star Fox team, Lucy was left in care of Vivian on Corneria. Not long after the defeat of Andross, Vivian succumbed to illness, leaving Peppy the widowed father to Lucy.
Peppy became part of the new team, led by Fox McCloud, and the two new members, Slippy Toad and Falco Lombardi. Peppy was considered "an old fart" in the team. Occasionally the team would encounter the evil group, Star Wolf, led by Wolf O'Donnell and consisting of, Leon Powalski, Andrew Oikonny, and former StarFox team member, Pigma Dengar. Peppy was the main target of Pigma. After Star Wolf and Andross were defeated Team Star Fox returned home and were paid handsomely by General Pepper.
He later retired as a pilot because of his age and become a good adviser and navigator on the Great Fox.
With the money earned after saving Sauria, Peppy remained aboard the Great Fox during missions and gave advice. Peppy somehow found his way back into an Arwing after General Pepper was captured by the Aparoids and arrived at the last moment to save Pepper from dying.
During the Subspace incident, Peppy commanded the Great Fox to help battle the mighty Halberd. But not even the space carrier was no match for the bigger and more armed battle-cruiser. He was able to flee to safety before the Great Fox was pinned down. Since then, Peppy just sticked by in the repaired ship, navigating the Star Fox team, and making sure Star Wolf don't try to attack it.
