Moveset: Mona changes between her Cheer leading Uniform and her Hot Slices outfit each time she uses her final smash. She always starts a battle as a head cheerleader!
Cheerleader Mona
Upward: The Big Cheese- Mona puts her hands on her hips and jumps up hiiiigh! She is sent falling straight down afterwards. Similar to King Dedede's Super Dedede Jump.
Standard: The Umbrella- Mona holds her baton like an umbrella and hits a nearby enemy in this Form Baton pose.
Side: The Samurai- Mona puts her baton on her hip and holds it with both hands on the handle. She thrusts it out and propels forward. She slashes her foe with the baton like a samurai sword. Similar to Ike's Quick Draw.
Down: The Mohawk- Mona holds her baton on top of her with the tip facing forward. She squats down and sends herself down quickly. Is good for recovering from being sent flying off stage. Similar to Bowser's Bowser Bomb, Yoshi's Yoshi Bomb, or Kirby's Stone.
Final Smash: Hawt Performance- Mona spins and is changed into her Hot Slices outfit (looks like when Wario twirls and turns into Wario-man). She takes out her guitar and her Hot Slices appear on the battle field. They begin to play and attract a large crowd which takes up the whole stage. They push the other players off the field which leaves them to fall to his or her death. The crowd forms a mosh pit in the middle of the performance to KO any survivors. Everyone leaves when the performance is finished, but Mona remains in her Hot Slices outfit.
Hot Slices Mona
Upward: Mini Spin- Mona spins in a circle with the handle of her guitar pointed outward. Mona is propelled upward when this is done while airborne, making it a good recovery attack. Similar to Link's Spin Attack.
Standard: Cute Cut- Mona attacks with her guitar and swings it at a nearby enemy with a small, horizontal chop. Similar to Kirby's Hammer.
Side: Red Scooter- Mona hops on her red scooter and bum rushes back and forth on the battle field. It causes damage to those she runs over and she can abandon it whenever she feels like it. Based on Wario's Wario Bike.
Down: Animal Friends- Mona flings one of her animals onto the stage to help her fight off enemies. She usually dishes out her elephant, Number One, who spits out soccer balls and sludge. Occasionally her pet monkey, Number Three, will appear and toss a banana peel onto the stage. The peel will cause a foe to trip and fall if is stepped on. Based on King Dedede's Waddle Dee throw.
Final Smash: Late for School- Mona quickly checks the time to realize that she is late for something. She hops on her scooter in a flash and jets straight forward across the stage. Foes that come in contact are sent flying off stage. Mona returns shortly back onto the battle field as a cheer leader again.
Weaknesses:
She can be too naive and nice, but at the same time she's very rude... She also likes money and does whatever she's told to get it... She also has a habit of being late to wherever she goes!
Personality:
Mona has a cheerful attitude, and can be hyperactive and wild. She has personality similar to Wario, however she is much more kinder and caring than he is. For example, she's very helpful and offers her service to people who need it but she often demands a reward for her kindness and effort. She has a mutual adoration for animals and has many pets that help her in daily activities (getting to school on time, dodging the police, those sorta things). She seems to be a weird and strange person to other characters.
Likes: Money, Wario, shopping, clothes, wild guys, playing her guitar, playing video games, dating, and tagging along on Wario's adventures
Dislikes: Too much work, not getting paid, being late, losing, when the Diamond City Roughs lose, and stalkers

History:
Mona is high school girl who works at Wario's video game development company, Wario Ware Inc.. As a child she was forced into playing violin by her strict parents. She hated to play, and grew up with a strong disdain for music and being restricted.
In 6th grade she was introduced to her "frienemy", Vanessa, and the guitar. They started a band together, but it quickly broke up. Vanessa was offered a record deal while the rest of the band continued to play in Mona's garage. Vanessa became a pop star while their band became Mona and the Hot Slices.
Mona's love for money drove her into applying for countless jobs, including a one at Wario Ware Inc. She moved to Diamond City recently, and is a part of Wario's (surprising) large circle of friends and she has a crush on him. She is often doing favors for him and her strange mirco games are inspired by him. She tags along on his adventures and sneaks out often.
She is able to balance school work, being a video game developer, being head cheerleader, her many part-time jobs, and handling her own band.
