Moveset:
Neutral Special: Shuriken
Shino takes out three Shuriken and throws them at her enemies, they can't be charged like Shiek's needles, but they can be used right away and they can even curve depending on how she threw them.
Side Special: Stun Talisman
Shino takes out a Talisman and throws it at her enemy stunning, this move can only travel so far though. If it flies out and doesn't hit anyone, it'll just float down and hit the ground becoming an item for all the use.
Down Special: Explosive Talisman
The ninja takes out a Talisman and places it on the ground, it works just like a Motion Sensor Bomb. If someone steps on it then they'll be caught in the explosion, this also means Shino could step on it too and get caught.
Up Special: Ninjutsu: Leaf Storm
Shino's up move is a vanishing technique Ninja use to escape quick assassinations, Leaf Storm covers Shino within a small tornado full of leaves and makes her disappear into the vortex. She reappears afew feet above her, or where she wishes to be. It won't carry her too far though.
She also has a tether recovery using a chained kunai.
Final Smash: Nega Kunai
Shino can only reveal this weapon with the help of a Smash Ball. Once she grabs it she takes out the kunai and thrusts at the enemy, whoever is hit will suffer quite afew status effects. The effects include: Increased likelihood of slipping, Steady increase in damage percentage, Dizziness, Sudden sleepiness, Decreased movement speed. There are afew catches though, Shino has to be close to the enemy, and I mean huggibly close. Then she can only use it on one enemy, and once she thrusts and misses shes left wide open for an attack.
Weaknesses:
Shino takes things a little too seriously at times, which makes her come off as really cold. Shes also extremely lightweight, she can be pretty much bounced around by a powerful heavy hitter if her speed fails her.
Personality:
To acquaintances, Shino is serious. She seems to give out the cold and quiet aura, which might drive some people away from her. But those who stick around her for a while, will start to see a sweet side to her. To her friends shes kind and generous, but sometimes she won't be afraid to go back to her cold side if they go out of tone; but its ok she pretty much forgives and forgets after a while.

Stupid people, annoying people, when shes fired, when her kunai knives dull

History:
Shino was born in a small village on afew island nations far off from the main land. It was a time of poverty around the village, and Shino's mother was having a hard time trying to support her, so she and her sister were abandoned at a small orphanage. Shino and her sister were separated when they were adopted by two different people, fortunately, Shino was adopted by Gran-boss. Gran-boss is a ninja master, who at the time was already training Izuna in the arts of the shinobi. Shino soon joined in and later became a ninja-for-hire, now she travels the lands looking for a decent employer.

The story is actually canon, well ok its adapted in but I wanted to keep to Shino's roots, not make an emo case. XD
