Standard B: Flare Cannon
Louie takes out a miniature version of the flare cannon and shoots out flames. Anyone in his line of fire (pun not included) will get burned.
Side B: Shock Therapist
Louie throws a small electric mine forward and using the Shock Therapist, creates a line of electricity. Anyone in between Louie and the mine will be electrocuted.
Up B: Monster Pump
A smaller Monster Pump attaches to Louie's back, and he can use it to fly upwards. Very much similar to Diddy's Up B, but it cannot be charged and can only fly straight up.
Down B: Comedy Bomb
Louie uses the Comedy Bomb to make everyone start to laugh. While laughing, they cannot move, attack, dodge, etc., and are wide open for an attack.
Final Smash: Titan Dweevil
Louie calls forth the power of the Titan Dweevil, and with it, he can do immense damage to other players. The Titan Dweevil has the same attacks as Louie, so the only difference is increased speed and power. It can be harmed, though, and its damage percent is the same as Louie's, so he's getting hurt in the process. After a set amount of time, the Titan Dweevil leaves, leaving only Louie.
Weaknesses:
Louie is inexperienced in the art of fighting. He sends out the Pikmin out to do his fighting for him most of the timeBut now they're not with him, so ha to Louie. Louie also has a very big appetite. He will sometimes let his stomach take over his conscious, which leads him to doing the wrong things.
Personality:
Louie is a shy person who doesn't really like to talk. He usually keeps to himself, and only speaks when someone talks to him. This happens most of the time when he is meeting someone new, like when he first met Olimar. However, when he does actually get to know someone better, he would talks more than he usually would. He wouldn't be shy around them, and he'd be able to talk to them without getting embarrassed.

As a child, Louie had grew up with his grandparents - he didn't know why he wasn't with his parents. Even back then, Louie always use to keep to himself. He wouldn't have any friends, and he'd always be picked on and bullied. But the main reason for that is probably because his grandma made him eat... *shudders* ...bugs. Yes, his old granny encouraged him to taste a bug and eat it. Louie didn't know why, but he did anyway, and, strangely, he liked it.
Several years later, Louie applied and got a job a Hocotate Freight, the shipping company. On his first mission, Louie had to take a box of Golden Pikpik Carrots to a neighboring planet. Once he left Hocotate's atmosphere, Louie couldn't help himself but to eat all of the Golden Pikpik Carrots. Realizing that he made a terrible mistake, he returned to Hocotate Freight and told its President a lie, saying that an evil space rabbit entered his ship and ate all of the carrots. Devastated, the President started to sell unwanted and unnecessary items around the company for the debt, but it still wasn't enough.
When Olimar returned fromPikmin 1 the Pikmin Planet, his ship had been confiscated and used to pay off the debt. In shock, Olimar dropped a souvenir that he had for his son. Another ship picked it up and declared it was worth more than a year's salary! The President then sent Louie and Olimar back to the Pikmin Planet to start Pikmin 2 another adventure.
After a number of days, they finally had enough money to pay off the debt. When Olimar was about to reach Hocotate, he realized he left something very important - Louie! Louie wandered around the Pikmin Planet aimlessly, until one day he discovered *gulp* ...the Dream Den. In it, he came across the monstrosity known as the Titan Dweevil. Struck with fear, Louie fainted, and the Titan Dweevil took him captive. Few days later, Olimar and the President came and rescued him.
After a few days of wandering space by himself, Louie had reached This World. It seemed so beautiful and amazing, that Louie wasted no time going down there. Luckily, in case of any more monsters, he took the four weapons the Titan Dweevil had with him.
