Name:
Master Hand
Game of Origin:
Super Smash Bros.
Nicknames:
MH, Master, Creator, Ruler, The Hand
Age:
Unknown, possibly immortal
Species:
Uh... A Giant Hand?
Gender:
Male
Alignment:
Good, believe it or not.
Type:
Intense
Residence:
Hard to say, as the Master Hand is seemingly omnipresent; he appears to be everywhere at all times. However, he seems to physically dwell mostly in Final Destination: An interdimensional gateway that links This World to both Subspace as well as the "Real World"
Personal Relationships:
Crazy Hand: The Ying to the Master Hand's Yang. Where Master Hand creates, Crazy Hand destroys. Despite this, the two hands have a very strong bond with each other, like brothers. This allows them to perform some team attacks, such as clapping or one hand punching into the palm of the other. Of course, being like brothers mean they tend to bicker a lot, too...
The Nintendo Characters: The Master Hand created all of the Nintendo characters in This World. He loves all his creations, even the "bad guys." In return, they all follow him as their lord and master. This is why Bowser, Ganondorf, and other such characters haven't tried to take over all of This World yet: they respect the Master Hand's wishes to not do it... Unless he one day tells them to. To some, tis may seem like a cruel manipulation of "puppets", but in the Master Hand's (metaphoric) eyes, he is simply giving life to the lifeless.
The Third-Party Characters: Unlike the Nintendo characters, the Master Hand did not create any of the third-party characters that now exist in This World, as they were the result of Tabuu's experimentation with alternate dimensions. Because of this, the Master Hand's relationship with them may vary, for they do not always want to listen to or respect him.
Tabuu: As an adult tries to force a child to grow up, so is the relationship between the Master Hand and Tabuu. Ever since Tabuu tried to manipulate the Master Hand into doing his bidding, the Master Hand has resented him and his very existance. Thankfully, it appears as though Tabuu has been banished forever, but he still fears the possiblity of him returning one day.
Occupation:
Ruler of This World
Moveset:
HP: 350
PP: 36
LP: 11
Obviously enough, the Master Hand is different from the other fighters, and thus does not abide by a normal moveset. Regardless, he does have a series of moves he uses often:
Jet - Master Hand makes a vaguely plane-like shape, then flies into the background. It attempts to fly into the player, then flies in from the right.
Ram - Master Hand flies off the screen, then appears in the background as a fist. It attempts to slam into the player, then flies back onto the stage from the top of the screen.
Crush - Master Hand flies off the top of the screen, then appears in the background. It attempts to flatten the player.
Lasers - Master Hand shoots a laser beam from each of his fingertips. Only the endpoints do damage.
Gun - Master Hand makes the shape of a gun, and fires sets of bullets. It fires 1 set if above 100 HP, and three sets if below.
Grab - Master Hand grabs his opponent and begins to crush them. They can escape by button mashing, but, if they fail to do so, Master Hand will toss them away.
Poke - Master Hand pokes the air three times. The third poke is more powerful.
Punch - Master Hand hovers over the target, then quickly punches down.
Slap - Master Hand slaps the ground.
Drill - Master Hand flies up, then slams down while spinning in a drill-like fashion.
Slap - Master Hand makes a slapping motion across the platform.
Walk - Master Hand "walks" using his pointer and middle fingers. When he reaches his opponent, he "kicks" them.
Super Move:
Trophyize - Similar to Tabuu's Off-Waves, Master Hand simply has to snap his fingers and (if he wins the roll, of course) the person he's fighting instantly reverts back to their trophy form. He is the master of This World, after all, so complete control over a fighter's state is within his power. He rarely, if ever, uses this move during "normal" (ie. Classic Mode) fights, as that would be unfair. If he is truely being threatened by a fighter (rare thought that may be), however, it is certainly fair-game.
Weaknesses:
Being the closest thing to a god in This World, the Master Hand has very few weaknesses. However, he is not invincible and can be beaten into submision by a truely skilled or powerful fighter. Furthermore, he can be enslaved with "The Chains of Light" and forced to do another's bidding, as Tabuu has clearly shown.
Personality:
How does one describe the spirit of creation? The Master Hand is intelligent and wise, able to craft worlds and creatures on a massive scale, and yet he still seems to maintain a child-like innocence. He is all-seeing and all-knowing, as being creator of This World means he can tell what is going on within it at all times. Despite all of this, he is actually quite... "subdued" in his power. He does not appear in This World very often and, while he knows what is going on and what the final result will be, he hardly evergodmods interfers with it personally. He also rarely talks to anyone save his "brother," Crazy Hand, giving him a rather sophisticated air that lends to the appearance that he knows far, far more than he lets on about.
However, he has changed somewhat since his confrontation with Tabuu one year ago. The experience of being defeated by a being more powerful than him and watching his creation being destroyed by his own hand (no pun intended) has shattered his own personal feeling of omnipotence. He now fears that others will appear who will try to destroy either himself or the world he created. Despite his personal doubts and fears, however, he continues to act very much like he did before the Subspace attack; only the Crazy Hand knows about the internal struggles he is facing now.

History:
The Master Hand's orgin (and the Crazy Hand's, for that matter) is very much a mystery. Before any trophies were brought to life, before This World was even conceived, the Master Hand was there. Many believe that he was someone, quite possibly a mere child, from our world, who sought to leave a troubled life to seak refuge in his imagination, thus creating This World. However, this is unconfirmed, as the Master Hand refuses to talk about his past before This World came to be.
What is known is that, with the help of the Crazy Hand, he organized the Smash Bros. tournaments that are always held in This World. Finding the urge to discover who the mightiest fighter of them all was, he began challenging the winner of each tourny in a one-on-one fight... Using only a fraction of his power, of course. This continued for five years...
... Until Tabuu appeared.
This equally mysterious being managed to enslave the Master Hand, forcing him to order Gandondorf and Bowser to bring about the destruction of This World using the Subspace Bombs. Eventually, his creations all joined forces to help free him from the grips of Tabuu. However, they were not alone... Two beings that the Master Hand did not create, Solid Snake and Sonic the Hedgehog, were also in that final battle.
With Tabuu defeated, the Master Hand has been trying to restore order to This World. However, he now lives in fear: What if there are more like Tabuu out there? Beings who are more powerful than him who would force things into his creation that he did not want? And what of Snake and Sonic? They were not his creations... They did not have to obey his rules... What if more came that had more devious intentions?
So many questions... So many unknowns...
Anything else?
