Moveset:
Like Andy, Eagle enters combat using gadgets designed by Green Earth's best engineers. Each one designed to fit Eagle in battle.
Neutral Special: Edged Flier
Eagle brings out a special boomerang and throws it at his enemies, unlike Link's boomerang is flies longer, and will arc above returning to Eagle. But if it hits a wall, it'll be stuck there till it disappears and returns back to Eagles possession.
Side Special: Copter Blades
The pilot holds out his watch hand and it opens up, deploying 3 copter blades that spin like mad. This attack deals no damage, but it does push back foes lightly, and reflects projectiles back at them. After a while though, the blades will burn out and need to rest.
Down Special: RC Jet Fighter
Eagle is not only a revered pilot, hes also an expert in radio controlled planes which comes from his obsession of them when he was younger. Eagle pulls out a rather large remote controller and a toy jet plane and controls to fly around the battlefield. The plane is equipped with 6 missiles that could either fly straight or home in on enemies, the later form takes longer to use though. It could also be used to ram into opponents, but this might wear out its durability. After a while of being airborne, or if Eagle breaks connection, the jet will drop from the sky and hit the ground breaking apart. Luckily Eagle has a lot more toy planes to use.
Up Special: Soaring Eagle
Eagle's favorite weapon, because it allows him to live out his dream of flying. When Eagle is in the air he puts on a jet pack and charges up like Diddy's barrel jet pack, however unlike his Barrel Jet Pack, when Eagle sails though the air just right wings will open up from the sides allowing him to glide though the air. This will eventually run out of fuel though.
Final Smash: Air Strike
When Eagle grabs the smash ball, he will dominate the skies once again. He pulls out the same remote to control his RC Plane, but now its a walkie talkie. He talks to his soldiers though it and orders them to come in for an air raid, for a full turn after he makes the transmission they won't come so soon. But after that turn passes then Battle Copters show up and bomb the field with missiles, some of them are heat seeking. Stay out of the air and survive for 3 turns and the jets will leave, Eagle and his allies aren't effected by the blasts of the jets.
Weaknesses:
Despite Eagles appearance, hes pretty lightweight, which comes from him slimming up to help boost his aircraft's mobility. Without his gadgets he can still fight, but not as effectively. Finally, Eagles specialty lays in the skies, not the sea. The boy would easily become sea sick if he even steps in a row boat on water.
Personality:
Much like Andy, his rival; Eagle's personality is carefree and spirited. But unlike Andy, hes more responsible and less wild, he tends to express he creativity in other ways. He has a love for planes and flying ships and would do anything just to sit in the pilot's seat. Hes also reliable in a pinch, with his abilities and experience trailing behind him.

Dislikes:
Swimming, when people break his planes, Jess(they argue alot), anything that floats on water (he gets seasick easily)

At a young age, Eagle showed in interest in building model planes and playing with remote controlled planes. His father noticed this interest and told Eagle many stories about his days in the Green Earth military, he was a refined pilot and a veteran in many battles. Eagle was inspired to train as a pilot to honor his fathers legacy. At a young age, he was recruited by the Green Earth Division of Advance Wars industries for his piloting potential and quickly became a commander. He quickly made friends with Jess and Drake and even with rival industries like Orange Star's Andy and Sami, this only served to strengthen the two division's bond. Eagle is still with Green Division, building air crafts and piloting amazing planes.
