Moveset:
B - Rock Toss - Like Charizard's Side B move, Silver takes are large boulder out from nowhere and uses his telekenises to chuck it. If it hits an enemy, it will keep going while knocking them out of the way, even if the opponents are very large to scale. The rock only breaks apart if it lands on the ground, in which it will immediently explode into little pices of rocks.
Side B - Quick Dash - Using his mind-powers, Silver flies forward at quick speeds. He is able to knock enemies and other things backwards. Nothing too special here.
Up B - Levetation - Also using his abilities, Silver can float upwards, side to side, downwards, or anywhere in between. He cannot hurt anyone by doing this, but others can make him lose concentration and cause him to fall.
Down B - ESP - (Originally, this move was to confuse players and mix up their controls. Since there are no 'controls' in RP's, I have to change it) This move causes all enemies and opponents who are hit with it to stop dead in their tracks. Very much like Mewtwo's Down B, except for two things - Silver has a wider range, but it doesn't last that long.
Final Smash:
Super Silver (There isn't much known about him, so I had no other choice but to use this)
Silver harnesses the power of the Chaos Emeralds to change into Super Silver! With this, he can fly around the area and is able to toss rubble around. The rubble has the same characteristics as his Neutral B, but it the bounce once when they hit the ground, then break when they hit a second time. It lasts for three turns.
Weaknesses: (From Sonic Wikia)
Silver is frustrated easily, can be somewhat immature, quite naive, and extremely rude to whoever isn't helping him on a mission. He has a tendency to carry the world on his shoulder, he is somewhat insecure when alone and a bit too single-minded for his own good. When he overuses his powers, Silver finds himself extremely fatigued.
Personality: (Also from Sonic Wikia (I'm lazy. It's a bad habit, I know.))
Silver has "a strong sense of justice" and it is this personality trait that motivates him to head back into the past to correct the future. Also, he believes in standing up for those who can't stand up for themselves. This led him to accept Blaze when everybody else was teasing her for her pyrokinetic abilities. Although seemingly serious in nature, an interview states that Silver is young and slightly immature. Blaze actually comments on this, claiming that he is naive several times. Before sacrificing herself she comments that this is what she always liked about him, leading to ideas that they both had feelings for each other.

History:
Silver was living a hard life. He had the responsibility to halt the demon Iblis' rage across his homeworld. However, Iblis kept resurecting, so Silver thought it was hopeless. However, another dark being, hence his name Mephiles the Dark, tricks Silver into attempting to kill Sonic. He sent him and Blaze the Cat into the past, where they got split up. Silver meets up with Amy, and together they find who they're looking for (which is both Sonic). Amy leaves Silver because he tried to kill Sonic, and he meets up with Blaze. Then they help Sonic rescue a princess from Eggmancliché and sends Sonic back in time to save her. Silver and Blaze soon figure out that they need someone to act as a vessel to seal up Iblis, which Blaze uses herself as. Silver is now upset about Blaze's vanishment. But then Sonic goes back in time and changes the future, and makes Silver and Blaze (who never vanished) to forget everything that happened.
Technically, this is the first 'main' thing that happened to Silver. His world (the future) was conqured by Eggman Nega, so he set out to the past. There, he met Sonic, Shadow, and Knuckles, all who are after the same person but think its someone else. Silver finds Eggman Nega desguised as Eggman, and Silver defeats Nega and restors the future.
Later, Silver comes back to the past because of Iblis ruining the future (it is unknown how Iblis came to be created, for the Flames of Soleanna were stopped by Sonic). It somehow has something to do with Nega and the Chao, so Silver finds the Chao and hides them, making the future a better place (I seriously don't understand that...)
At the time Sonic was taken to This World, Silver came back to the past to see his friends, but across another of Tabuu's portals on Green Hill. He ventured into it, hoping to discover something, and he did - a whole other world.
