Just think of a military depot, its also part city and residence for travelers. It has an airport and sea port.(Despite the fact theres no ocean in the wilds, there are a few aqueducts that lead to water.)
History
The Industry was founded by Hachi, a legendary Commander on the field of battle. His reputation spanned out though the world drawing in men and women who had in interest in military development, and soon he build the small business up to one of the best military suppliers, Orange Star. He also made relations with Blue Moon, Yellow Comet and Green Earth, fellow military industries. Later Hachi retired and left it to Nell, the 2nd in command, in charge of the entire Orange Division industry. Nell recruited top notch COs and retained the company's status at number one.
