Moveset:
Ron is known to be a weakling. None of his attacks can do much damage by themselves. He is very awkward in his movements, not very flexible, and pretty slow. Nonetheless, sometimes he can rise up to the challenge, especially in life threatening situations (he once was a Security Guard after all).
Special Attacks
Special Attack - Ron let's out "a sad, pitiful whine that tapers into the silence" (quote courtesy of Maya). Those within range will flinch, become paralyzed for a brief moment, and become extremely annoyed.
Side Special Attack Ron takes out a toy missile or dynamite and throws it at the opponent. (There is a slight chance that the missile/dynamite is real. To be determined by die).
Down Special Attack Ron charges forward at the foe and trips, grabbing onto the foe to pull them down with him. This move does damage to himself as well as the opponent. When used in midair, Ron falls ontop of the opponent instead.
Up Special Attack Ron runs around, flailing his arms wildly like a madman to hit the foe in some way or another. When used midair, it can give him a boost upwards.
Final Smash: Mask☆DeMasque
Ron puts on his costume and becomes the notorious thief, Mask*DeMasque! While he is in his costume, he gains a confidence boost, and a different moveset. If he gets a final smash while in costume, he will take off his costume (similar to Samus).
Mask☆DeMasque's Moveset
Under this mask, Ron feels like he can do anything. He is speedier and more focused. A confidence boost can do wonders to a person like him.
While he is in this costume, items that he steals and/or finds/picks up from the field can be used to refill his bag.
Special Attacks
Special Attack - Mask☆DeMasque attacks the foe quickly and makes off with one of their items/personal belongings.
Side Special Attack - Mask☆DeMasque takes out his treasure bag. He can rapidly fire his goods at the opponent to do damage or attack with the heavy bag. Once the bag empties, this move can no longer be reused until it is refilled. When used midair, he will throw his goods downwards to propel him upwards.
Down Special Attack - Mask☆DeMasque uses his cape to reflect attacks.
Up Special Attack - Mask☆DeMasque "flies" upwards to make his getaway. This is a recovery attack, and on his way down, he uses his cape as a parachute. He cannot use any other attacks during this one.
Weaknesses:
Ron has all too many weaknesses. He is not the strongest person in the world. Despite once being a security guard, he is not good at attacking physically and can be easily knocked off his feet. He is quite clever and tries to avoid this by using attacks that do not need to be executed close to the foe. Even so, it does not do much good since his aim isn't too great.
Aside from that, he is a coward and very shy. He is not the greatest at expressing himself and often runs in circles, and ends up not making any sense. He is self conscious and so goes back on his word sometimes and is quick to hide. He also cries a lot, especially when he is ignored by others (which is most of the time).
Personality:
Ron is socially awkward, so to speak. He is not good at talking with others and worries a lot about what others think of him. He can also be extremely childish and radical at times. He idolizes all those masked heroes from comic books and wants to be one or like one, which is probably why he chose to be a security guard out of all careers. He tends to get worked up over nothing and pines for attention.
Ron is extremely devoted to the love of his life. So much that he risks becoming a criminal, the one thing that she despises, so that he could make the money that she likes to spend. He also has some sense of justice, and will save anyone in trouble even though he becomes more scared than they are.
Likes:
Desiree, "mysterious masked men", being blackmailed, money (so he could spend it on Desiree), Phoenix Wright, being believed, being paid attention to, Godot (AKA Diego Armando).
Dislikes:
Luke Atmey, BEING IGNORED, being called delusional, being pitied

History:
Wanting to help people, Ron became a security guard. Even though he was weak, he was still able to help people and climbed his way up the corporate latter, becoming a security chief and having access to very important things like the CEO's office and the safe inside. On one of his jobs, robbers had broken into the building and taken a young woman hostage. Ron was scared, to the point where he was about to piss his pants, but he was the first one on the scene. He screamed and attacked them, eventually he got them under his control and they were arrested.
The young woman he had saved would be none other than his future wife, Desiree. After witnessing his heroic act of kindness towards her she fell in love with him and he with her. They got married and lived happily for a little while. However, Desiree was spending money that Ron didn't have. He wanted her to be happy so he went down the wrong path and stole some information from KB Security, the company he worked at, to rival companies for big bucks. It was not long before the CEO found out and he was fired immediately.
Ron could never tell Desiree that he had been fired from his job so he had to keep bringing in the money. That was when he made a new identity for himself, as a thief called Mask☆DeMasque. His first heist was the "Tear of Emanon" an invaluable jewel. He managed to steal it and was out of the building but the police were hot on his trail. He ended up taking off his costume and dumping it in a near by trashcan and put on his security guard outfit. Although that trick was mediocre, he got away with it, only because the detective that found the costume wanted to use Ron.
Thus, the blackmail letters began. Ron did not know who sent them, but only knew that they knew his identity. He was forced to give up the object he obtained in his first heist, but was sent a hefty check in return. Ever since, he stopped planning his heists but was sent detailed plans in the letters. He was actually grateful to the blackmailer because he made the thefts seemingly effortless and he got paid.
Things go wrong when he was sent a blackmail letter that told him to meet somewhere. It was unlike all the other letters he received. The designated place and time was KB Security at 1 AM. He went into the CEO's office at that time to be knocked out. When he came to, Kane Bullard, his former boss and the CEO, was dead. He panicked and disturbed by the body, shoved it in the safe. He then proceeded to escape the building, making sure to move in the security cameras' blind spots (he set them up so he had that knowledge).
The next day (or rather later that day), he had found out of a Mask☆DeMasque heist that he was not behind of. He was afraid of being the prime suspect for the murder of Kane, so he turned himself in, hoping for a guilty verdict from the judge so that he would have an alibi for that night. To his displeasure, his wife was sure of his innocence and told him to hire Phoenix Wright, and that he did. And Phoenix did indeed get him a "not guilty" verdict, by establishing that at 1 AM, Ron was at KB Security instead of Lordly Tailor, where the theft had occurred.
After the case, Ron was immediately arrested for being the prime suspect of the murder, what he had feared of becoming. After his interrogation he told Phoenix Wright the whole truth of the events that had occurred and Phoenix was able to put what happened all together in court. Luke Atmey, who was the detective of the first heist that had found Ron's costume and consequently his blackmailer, was the culprit in both the murder and the robbery. Ron was declared innocent once again. However, even though Phoenix knew then that Ron really was Mask☆DeMasque, he could never be tried again for the crimes because he was already found innocent, at the hands of Phoenix.
Ron thought that after his wife found out what he had done, she would leave him because of what he had become but it turned out that she fell in love with him even more. She appreciated what he did for her and found it noble and honest to send calling cards to the places he was going to steal from before he committed the crimes. Still without a job, Ron goes after priceless treasures donning his Mask☆DeMasque disguise. However, now he has no one but himself to come up with the plans as his blackmailer is now in jail.
Shortly after these events, Ron and his wife opened up a business called "Mask☆DeMasque Consulting" where they plan to stop the evil plans of criminals. What is ironic about this is that one: Ron's a thief meaning he's a criminal himself; and two: they also sell plans to the criminals for extra money.
