Weaknesses:
Like many foot soldiers, they're easily trounced without the help of a powerful mech. And even in mechs, they're not too reliable. As it turns out they're biggest weakness would be they're commanders, they bend over easily against the will of authority.
And now for the mech's weaknesses. Despite they're usefulness, once they run out of ammo they're pretty much useless. Theses things do not come cheap, and most of these units hit it very hard on the commanding officer's wallet. With the high cost of parts, fuel, weaponry, ammunition etc etc a good portion of the machines may not be seen in battle for fear of wasting money. The more powerful the machine the more rare it is.
Personality:
There isn't much to say about these soldiers, they're loyal, brave and battle hardened. But some of them are different from other soldiers, like a certain man who enjoys collecting manga during his spare time. Or a woman who likes to drink power drinks more often then the average person. But for the most part they're all pretty much cardboard cut outs.
Likes:
New weapons, vehicles, commanding officers, war games.
Dislikes:
Real wars, enemy officers, when they're mechs are blown up.

History:
There isn't much to say about these soldiers, but they DO play a big part in the history of the AW Industries. They are, and have always been, the backbone of the company. Every soldier has volunteered and been trained in the arts of war, they are decent pilots in both land, air and sea, plus trained in hand to hand combat and firearms. But for the most part they're pretty much expandable units, don't get me wrong though they have lives of they're own. But they're mostly seen around the companies under they're commanding officer's orders. Theres also a lot of variation between them, they work under Orange Star, Blue Moon, Yellow Comet and Green Earth. And each soldier under each commander has slightly different abilities like enhanced flight skills. But despite all that the soldier is average.
