Like Eagle and Andy, she also uses gadgets in combat. But unlike the two of them, shes actually been trained to fight hand to hand.
Neutral Special: Plasma Rifle
As with standard issue soldiers, Sami carries a rifle on her at all times, this weapon fires 5 rounds per second. each roll has a 5 in it though, but is has auto reload.
Side Special: Charge Bazooka
Yes, Sami even has a bazooka on her. But unlike most soldiers, she hardly has the strength to carry it around. When she brings it out, she cannot move while charging. But the bomb deals quite abit of damage. It takes Sami a full turn to use this, but after that its dice roll is 8.
Down Special: Combat Grapple
Sami runs up to her enemy and grabs at them(roll 6, if it fails the next move doesn't happen, if it succeeds her enemy can't move)and slams them on the ground for various different body slams. Sometimes she even hits them with her bazooka. Normal grapples: 6, Bazooka grapple: 8.
Up Special: Jet Boots
Sami's recovery move would be the boots Andy made for her. Long ago he wanted to give Sami a present, so he secretly modified her boots. Sami surely beat him up for this stupid prank, but she kept them anyway because in the end she loved how useful they became. This move deals no damage, but Sami can shoot her rifle down at enemies. Rolls for firing are 5.
Final Smash: Back-Up
Sami is strong, but her real power comes from infantry units. When things get tough for her, and she grabs the Smash Ball of course. Sami calls for her faithful units and watches them rain Bazooka bombs down at enemies. This takes a full turn for them to arrive, but after that they stay for 3 turns, each bomb has a roll of 8, since all of the soldiers are now stronger then ever thanks to the power of the Smash Ball.
Weaknesses:
While Sami is fast, shes very light and can be beaten by a powerful attack. She tends to over think things sometimes and ends up missing some major flaws in battle strategies. As good a marks-woman and close range combat she is, she isn't good enough to be called an expert. Powerful martial artists could easily out do her in the heat of battle, and people dedicated to the long range weapon could out shoot her.
Personality:
Sami is a sweet and caring girl, for a tomboy anyway. She puts her friends before herself, and tends to put more on her plate then she can chew. Shes brave and reliable in the heat of battle. In rare moments, Samis also short tempered, but this can easily subside in a few occasions otherwise she'd never be able to calm Andy down. Shes also a little on the flirty side, and is able to charm many soldiers into doing her bidding. But at heart Sami is a good person with good intentions of helping as many people as she can.

When Sami was a young girl, she was raised around a lot of boys, thus bringing her to her tomboyish charms. She used to wrestle with her friends and always comes out on top. But then her interest in wrestling somehow bleed into military affairs, she loves how powerful the soldiers were and how they're marching sounding like beats on a drum. Nell noticed great potential in her and immediately took her in the industries. Sami was then raised around Andy and Max, the three of them have become best friends since that day. Growing up, Sami was trained in hand to hand combat, and rose through the ranks to become Infantry Commander. She is respected by all of her peers, and has even caught the hearts of a few enemy soldiers. Sami also has strong relationships with Green Earth's Eagle and Yellow Comet's Sonia. She continues to serve Orange Star as a faithful commanding officer.
