"Oh no! Gengar!" Mudkip cried when his friend fell to the floor. He climbed on top of him. "Don't die! I can't live without you." Mudkip's eyes started to water. "You're my best and only friend, Gengar."


Wigglytuff was feeling a little bit better after eating that apple. He stood up and hopped weakly after Chatot. Yet again oblivious to the poor bird's feelings.

Gardevoir looked at Mudkip. He did seem to be perfectly healthy, but his bruise was still big. "Well if Mudkip's feeling fine, then he can be my nurse!" she cheered and clapped lightly.

"Yaay~! And I need your help right away, too!" she said, "Bring me some icy water and a cloth and a spoon and some Cod Liver Oil! STAT!"

Gengar rubbed his temples and sighed at the Mudkip being a nurse idea...he got a disturbing image of Mudkip dressed up like a nurse Chansey. But his ears perked up when he heard Gardevoir was sending Mudkip away. All alone with Gardevoir for, like, three minutes! Ooooh yeah. Maybe he'd get her to play "Three mintues in Heaven" with him!

"Yes! Right away!" He said and hopped off of Gengar. He looked back at his friend and said "Don't you die while I'm gone! I'll never forgive you!" He said and ran off. On the way he bumped into someone very soft and fluffy. "I'm sorry, umm." He looked up to see it was Wigglytuff who was just standing there in the middle of the hallway. Mudkip gasped. "I'm very very very super duper sorry, Guildmaster!" He exclaimed.


There was no response from Wigglytuff. He didn't move except for his breathing, he didn't blink either.


Mudkip blinked and then started to panic. He broke the guildmaster! "Oh no! What am I going to do! Everyone in this guild is going to kill me!" He started to pace back and forth.


All of a sudden, a sound escaped from Wigglytuff. It was a snore! Wigglytuff wasn't broken, he was just sleeping! He then jolted, as if startled by the sound of his snore and looked around. "Oh, hello there friend!" Wigglytuff said to Mudkip.


Mudkip sighed in relief. "H-hello! I would love to talk but I'm in a rush! Bye!" He said hastily and started to walk past the guildmaster.


"Oh, ok. Have a nice day, friend!" Wigglytuff called out and then went back to his nap. He was still sleepy.

Now that Mudkip was out of his way, Gengar was now free to have a little conversation with Gardevoir. He started it off with, "So...I heard Gardevoirs can see the future! Well! I can defiantly see a future with you, with me!"

Gardevoir stared blankly at Gengar. "I don't get it. Of course we're gonna be in the future, silly! Unless you die from fever...!"

Gengar stared blankly back. "What I meant was...that you and I were together as..a couplenevermind!" He folded his arms and pouted his lips, leaning back onto the bed. His ultimate Gardevoir pick up line failed. Maybe he was getting sick and the illness was affecting his coolness?

Gardevoir sensed Gengar's frustration and began to pet him. As she pet him a chill went down her spine and she screamed lightly in surprise, "Eeek~!" She looked at Gengar and asked, "Why are you so cold?!" She lifted a hand and felt the air around him. It was extremely cool. "I think you're worse than I thought! I've never heard of Pok?mon's temperature dropping when their sick!"

Gengar shrugged. He didn't see what the big deal was. If you feel a sudden chill, it is certain that a Gengar appeared!

Mudkip ran around all over the place getting the things that Gardevoir said she needed. He came upon a treasure chest that said 'Wigglytuff's Fantasies, Do not open.' He thought he should leave it alone, but the curiosity welled up inside of him until he couldn't take it. He opened the chest, a lot of love letters fell out. They were addressed to perfect apples.... Mudkip decided to ignore those and look inside the chess. There were different outfits! There was a maid one, and there was this one with leather and fishnets that looked very inappropriate, and there was nurse one too!

If Mudkip was going to be a nurse, he should look like one too! He hoped that Wigglytuff wouldn't mind and put it on. 'This is very frilly and lacy for a nurse's outfit. Oh well, it looks nice. I can be the perfect nurse with this on!' He thought happily. He put everything else back inside the chest and ran back to where Gengar and Gardevoir were.


Wigglytuff awoke again when he heard a scream. He ran towards the noise and saw Gengar and Gardevoir. "Gardevoir, are you ok?" Wigglytuff asked. He huffed his cheeks and glared at Gengar. "If this meanie is bothering you, I can take care of him for you!"

"Everything's fine, Wigglytuff!" Gardevoir cried, "No need to get upset!" She calmed down and turned to Gengar. She hugged the shadow Pok?mon, pulling him close to her. "He just feels so cold! I gotta warm him up! I guess fevers are all topsy turvy for Ghost Pok?mon!" she said innocently and with concern.

Gengar flushed a bright rosy color and grinned big. He smiled at Wigglytuff, almost boasting. "N'yah, Wigglytuff!" he said in a nasty tone, "Everything's fine around here! So please, show yourself out...!" He motioned Wigglytuff out with his hand, "Shoo! Shoo!"

Wigglytuff felt like grabbing Gardevoir and pulling her off of that beast, but he didn't want to hurt or confuse her. He decided that he would try to do a hyper voice and aimed for Gengar's head. He inhaled deeply in preperation when-


"I'm sorry I took so long!" Mudkip said rushing in. He put the items down next to Gardevoir. "I got everything you asked for, Gardevoir!" He panted. "Is he going to be okay now?"


"Hey, friend!" Wigglytuff exclaimed, seemingly forgetting about Gengar. "I like your outfit a whole lot-lot~! I have one just like it~! I bought it for my special someone~!"


Mudkip sweatdropped but sighed in relief at the same time. At least Wigglytuff didn't realize that the outfit he was wearing was in fact his. He decided he would just play along. "Um, thanks! It appears we have the same taste in clothes?"


"Yes! Yes! Maybe we should go shopping together sometime~! "


"O-Ok...."He backed away from Wigglytuff and went towards Gengar. It's not like Wigglytuff didn't seem nice or anything, he just was getting odd vibes from him, and it was kind of creeping him out!

Gengar pushed Mudkip away from him when he came close. "Don't come near me wearing that!" he demanded, "You look ridiculous! Not to mention fugly! Those colors clash and those shoes do NOT go with that outfit!"

"Aw! I think he looks kinda cute!" she said adoringly. "Now he really is my little nurse!"

Gengar rolled his eyes and glared at Mudkip. He was being an attention hog again! He decided to step up his game. "Oh! My spleens!" Gengar moaned and coughed hard again.

Gardevoir reached for the bottle of Cod Liver oil and poured it into a spoon . "Here! Have some of this!" and she shoved it into Gengar's mouth.

With his mouth wide open from fake coughing, Gengar took in and swallowed the supplement. A fishy, sardine flavor invaded his mouth and he gagged, spitting and choking. "BLECK!!!" He coughed and wheezed for real this time.

Gardevoir smiled and rubbed Gengar's back to comfort him. "It has an awful flavor, but its good for you, sweetie!"

For a moment Gengar smiled and repeated, "Sweetie?" then resumed to trying to rid of the taste. "BLEH!"

"When a friend says something like that to a friend it makes me wonder..." Wigglytuff said. "A true friend lies to make them feel better!" He exclaimed. "Or he doesn't say anything at all."


"Does that mean you were lying to me about me looking nice?" Mudkip asked.


"Nope! I really think you do look pretty in that!" Wigglytuff answered. "I hardly ever say things I don't mean, unless they are to Chatot. Because I have the worst time when Chatot is upset, he already acts like it's his time of the month everyday, him being upset makes things even worse!"


"Oh..." Mudkip then turned his attention to Gengar who was gagging. He walked back to the ghost Pok?mon and looked at him with a worried expression on his face. "Oh no! You're choking! I'm going to need to do CPR on you!"

"PSYCHE!" Gengar cried when he heard Mudkip's offer. "If anyone's performing CPR on me, its gonna be Gardevor!!" he cried in panic. He turned to her, realizing what he just shouted. "Eh-heh! Cause you are the doctor around here aren't you?" he said, trying to cover it up and sound innocent, "I don't feel safe if a trainee preforms such a serious life-saving method on me! He might mess up after all!"

A little surprised, she looked at Mudkip and then at Gengar. "I'm not actually a doctor...and I thought all you had was a cough! But if you feel like you need it, I suppose I can use the technique on you....!" She lightly pushed Gengar down on his back, puckered up her lips and lowered her head towards him. She, herself, had no idea how to preform CPR, but she knew from TV the other person had to be lying down and it looked like a kiss to cure the other person. Like in Snow White!

Gengar grinned when he saw Gardevoir moving in for "CPR" and puckered his lips too.

If anyone was going to stop that from happening it was Wigglytuff. There was no way he was gonna let innocent pure Gardevoir kiss that thing. He had a plan, but he needed to work fast in order for it to work. "Hey, Mudkip!" Wigglytuff called and pulled the small Pokémon to him. He began to whisper in his ear. "rabblerabbleblamyflammyfrazzlerazzle Got it? Now let's go!"


Mudkip was a bit surprised at what Wigglytuff had told him to do, but now that he thought about it, he didn't want Gengar kissing Gardevoir! That should be him there, he was the one who came up with the CPR idea! He ran in between them at the nick of time and crashed his lips onto Gengar's.


Wigglytuff took advantage of this and ran to the spot. He gently moved Gardevoir away from Gengar and then puckered up his own lips, readily waiting to receive her kiss that was meant for the ghost Pokémon.

Gardevoir felt herself being moved away and opened her eyes. "Wha- Wigglytuff?" she said softly but in surprise, "What are you doing? I'm trying to heal Gengar!" She pouted her lips and turned away, like a child who didn't get her way. "But you want all the healing for yourself, don't you? How rude! This was Gengar's CPR and if you wanted your own you could've asked Mudkip to do it!"

A little rough, but a warm and inviting kiss was laid on Gengar's lips. They curved into a small smile during and he pushed forward a little. When he was done, he opened his eyes. Then gagged and coughed again. It was much worse than Cod Liver oil! He had kissed Mudkip! And it was a long one, too!

"MUDKIP!?!" Gengar roared between coughs, "G-Get out of my face!!!" He was so embarassed and angry, he couldn't even look at him and was huddled down; coughing at the floor.

"I'm sorry Gardevoir." Wigglytuff apologized and looked away. "Mudkip really really wanted to do CPR on Gengar so I told him he should go do it, and I didn't want you to know the difference so I thought he would take his place." Wigglytuff felt really bad about lying but it was the only way to protect her without her getting angry at him. "And I was starting to feel sick again myself. I think I'm going into relapse because I can still feel my temperature rising. I thought a kiss from a kindhearted pure Pok?mon like you would be able to help..."


By the time it was over, Mudkip's whole face was completely red. He felt like he had done something wrong, but at the same time he liked it. He slid off Gengar when he told him to get out of his face and sat next to him. "I-I-I s-saved you!" He exclaimed. "W-with m-my CPR! H-hooray..." He stammered. He didn't want to make it seem obvious, that he knew what he was doing when he took Gardevoir's place. He looked at Gengar and smiled shyly and embarrassedly.

"Well," Gardevoir began, "Gengar's sick too! And you're not the only sick Pok?mon who needs help anymore! So don't do that again..!" She fixed and fluffed up the other bed adject to the one Gengar sat at for Wigglytuff. She patted it and looked at Wigglytuff. "You can lay here now!" she told him. For a momment she wondered where Chatot was, but figured he had been off doing guild master assistant stuff somewhere else for now. "I'll take good care of both of you!" she exclaimed happily, "With Mudkip's help of course!"


"Urh," Gengar moaned, holding his stomach, "I think you made me worse!!" But he seriously did start to feel nauseous, and being huddled over made him throw up a little in his mouth. He forced it back down and held his mouth, "Errrb!" It tasted like the Cod Liver oil...which was most likely the real thing making him sick.

He turned over to lay on his back. He used one hand to tug on Gardevoir's dress and the other was on his forehead. "Gardevoooooir!" he moaned, "M-make me better! I-I'm not faking this tiiime!"

Gardevoir turned herself and her attention from Wigglytuff to Gengar. "Oh no!" she gasped, "Maybe you need something to drink! Fluids are good for sick Pok?mon!" She got up and walked outside to the hallway. She popped her head back into the room, though, "Look after them for me like a good little nurse, Muddykins!", then left again.

"Hooray!" Wigglytuff exclaimed as he clambered onto the bed excitedly. He laid back and stared at the ceiling, humming to himself as he fantasized about what might happen. Maybe he could get Gardevoir to wear that maid outfit he had locked away....


"I'll take good care of him!" Mudkip shouted as Gardevoir left. Mudkip fluffed Gengar's pillow and patted him on the head. "Don't worry, you're going to be ok!" He said to him. He then crawled on top of Gengar's stomach and started to give him a tummy rub. "M-Maybe this'll help..." He said and then gasped. "Gengar! Your face looks kind of green. Maybe you just need to throw up whatever's in your system!" He looked around but there wasn't a bucket or anything anywhere. He then sighed and said, "If you have to, you could puke on me, if it'll make you feel better...."
