He's very sensitive, especially when he's not needed when he thinks he is. Plus, he is old, even though he doesn't seem to realize it.
Personality:
He does seem to be reckless when making his smashing entrances, for he sometimes falls down and gets hurt. Ref is quite sensitive, who cries easily, especially when he finds he's not needed. But he's textbook guy who follows the rules always.
Likes:
Being referee, dressing up in many getups even dresses, dramatic entrances.
Dislikes:
Not being needed, people disrespecting his rules

In the world where Medabots is almost the way of life, people tend to get hurt in Ro-Battles(Wonder why people in Pok?mon never had this problem.). That is where MISTAH REFEREE comes in. No one knows where he came from. Some say he arisen by the god of Medabots to keep the order in the ways of Medabots. Some say he's just a crazy old guy with no life. Where ever he came from, he's the referee, making sure all goes right and no one gets hurt.
It's a mystery how he does it, but Mr. Referee tends to be everywhere where there's a Ro-battle, and he comes without warning. You can't find him, he finds you, and when he does, he does it with a grand entrance. And there's no place he can't get in....except Medabot Corp.
He was mostly seen in almost every match Ikki has been, or any of his friends. It was almost like he only followed Ikki, or any of his friends. Perhaps maybe he saw potential in Ikki, if he really did stalked him. During the Medabot Grand Prix, Ref was shocked and broken when he found out that it was staged by evil groups, the Rubber Robos, and he was a pawn. Luckily, he came in time to ref Ikki's final battle against the giant Medabot, Baby Blue.
