Moveset: Harvey and Bob are partners and have a move set based on the Ice Climber's fighting style. However, the duo are able to switch leaders at will (with Down B) which gives them different stats and attacks depending on that leader. Like the Ice Climbers, as long as one of the two is alive, they don't lose a life; However, they're also kind of useless without the other...
Special Moves With Harvey as the Leader:
Standard Attack: Suitcase Shield - Harvey uses his suitcase to protect him from attacks. If he absorbs an attack, the blow from it causes the suit case to fly open and hit a nearby enemy.
Upward Attack: Umbrella- Harvey thrusts his closed, black umbrella into the air because using it to drift down and/or left to right slowly.
Downward Attack: Shift- Hobo Bob and Harvey switch roles.Harvey becomes the uke.
Side Attack: Super Bike- Harvey rides on his environmentally friendly and money saving bicycle with Bob sitting in his basket(SHOT). He mows down anything and everyone in his way.
Final Smash: The Midnight Train- Harvey and Bob politely stand back and step into the background. Their patience pays off when their train finally arrives and mows anyone it comes in contact with down if not instantly KO them off stage.
Weaknesses:
Money is Harvey's ultimate weakness. He'd do almost anything for it, one can even call him a mercenary. He's also very weak and doesn't have the best luck in the world (he has to rely on his endurance to make it through). He can be oblivious and people need to explain things to him in detail often; He can't take a hint. He's somewhat of a coward and doesn't like to take risks. He can be paranoid.
Personality:
The most prominent aspect of Harvey's personality is his greediness. His love of money lead him to to pursue a career in business. This love can make him shameless and even ask people to lend him money (including, but not limited to, vagabonds on the subway). He revolves and alters his lifestyle to make sure he's saving as much money as possible, even though he's paid well and doesn't need to; A miser, even.
He can be very touchy and stubborn; And isn't quick to forgive and isn't afraid to hold a grudge. But despite being a snappish person, Harvey's timidity (almost fearfulness) of people makes him extremely servile and awkward around others. He's clumsy and suffers from many different anxieties; He's afraid of large crowds (he'll get lost in one, someone will steal from him,or maybe someone will molest him) children, germs, and other petty things. These are some of the many reasons he despises riding the subway.
Though he was raised by rich parents, he is not at all spoiled. He was brought up to be hard working, ambitious, and appreciative of his wealth. Very appreciative....

Harvey wasn't always the successful person he is now, and we born into a poor environment. His mother was a teenager from a struggling family while his father left them for bigger and better things in college. He was eventually given up for adoption after he was just months old, thus never knowing his true family. He was never told this, and went through his childhood blissfully unaware.
He was adopted by the wealthy Ulriches when he was 6 years old and was raised in luxury with his older "sister", Oriana (or just Ana). Influenced by her own parents, she imprinted the idea of the value of money into her new brother; She forced him to play games like cashier and rewarded him with quarters and dimes. With financial support from their parents, Harvey and Oriana were able to continue their educations and attend college. They became a lawyer and business person, respectively. While their father is an entrepreneur, Harvey works under him as a financier and hopes to inherit the company...But he's still very young and has much to prove to everyone.
