Final Smash: Earthquake- Gyarados creates a massive earthquake which affects any foe that is on the ground. It doesn't affect those who are airborne, and causes serious damage if not an instant KO.
Weaknesses:
Cyrus is a young, healthy, and strong man whose weakness is his mind set. He is prone of pushing himself too hard and having extremely high expectations of what he can do. He has a quick temper in which he lashes out, and has trouble controlling his emotions and actions. He can be stubborn and close minded to others' input and ideas; only accepts his own. He is very unstable and can be thought of as having a weak spirit.
Personality:
Cyrus is an antisocial, and often shuns away from people. He prefers the company of machines over others and Pokémon. But one shouldn't call him a misanthrope, as he can tolerate the presence of other people and might even grow to appreciate them. But he does have a strong dislike of the current Pokémon World and culture. He is a powerful speaker and is charismatic, having the ability to attract so many people to be his grunts.
He has spent many years training himself to be inhuman, immortal. He desperate wants to use the godly powers of Dialga to become a deity and change the world by destroying it; wiping out all life and starting out fresh. In his quest to become almighty, he has made himself emotionless. He still has a few slips here and there, reacting to them in self discipline and/or thrashing about in frustration. He sees human feelings like compassion and pity as weakness and being useless, as they "cannot stand against death." He has no feelings for Pokémon and isn't afraid to rid of them along with everything else in the world.
Overall: Cyrus is a power hungry, heartless man with a disdain of anything human-like and the ambition to make himself a god.
Likes: Power, revenge, Torn World, the idea of space (never ending and dark), Dialga, Mesprit, Uxie, Azelf, battling Pokémon (for sport), Sunyshore City, and Dark type Pokémon
Dislikes: The universe, the company of others, most Pokémon, human emotions, money, children, strong Pokémon trainers (threats to his plans)
Appearance:
(read from right to left)
History:
Cyrus was born and raised in Sunyshore City, which he was a very good student as a boy and well known by the townsfolk for this reason. He was a recluse even at a young age and wouldn't like to play with other children or even participate in Pokémon training like most kids do. Instead he kept to himself and found amusement in technology and books. It wasn't long before he learned about the legends of Dialga and Palkia in Sinnoh. He was fascinated by the fact that Pokémon could hold such amazing, immortal powers and thought why couldn't humans? Why couldn't he?
He dedicated his life to making himself as all powerful as the time and space altering Pokémon. By promising a new, better world and rare Pokémon, he gained many loyal followers. They eventually became Team Galactic, a villainous team with the intent of destroying the universe to make life better with Cyrus as god.
With the help of his organization, Cyrus was able to kidnap Sinnoh's legendary trio and collect the three gems of Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. With the precious stones, the Red Chain was created and he used it to summon Dialga and Palkia to Sinnoh on Steel Pillar. But he is thwarted by the trio themselves whom purify Dialga and Palkia's powers and break Cyrus's Red Chain. But the fact that Dialga and Palkia were in Sinnoh broke a natural order in the universe; This released Giratina, who controls death and chaos in the world (while Dialga controls time and Palkia space) and was new to the people of Sinnoh.
Giratine breaks the dimensional walls between the Pokémon world and Torn World, the other's complete opposite and where Giratine had resided for all time. Having access to Torn World and emotionally overwhelmed by Giratine's immense power, Cyrus blindly steps into the Torn World seeking immortality. He was chased down by the same young trainer, (the player) who had defeated him and Team Galactic many times before, so he could be talked into returning to the Pokémon world as Torn World looked horrifying and its contents were unknown. But he decided to stay there, as it seemed to be the ideal place for him.
Anything else?
Cyrus doesn't have many likes or dislikes, because he's trying to make himself as unfeeling as possible..
With the news that Cyrus had stayed in Torn World, Team Galactic went under the new management of Saturn, who changed the team's goals to truly helping the world and changing it for the best... starting with fixing the damage Galactic had caused under Cyrus's rule. Commanders Mars and Jupiter, however, quit the organization all together.
When Honchkrow uses Steel Wing, for the moment he is performing the attack he appears to be in the metal form (as if he grabbed a Metal box).
