Wes has the snag machine, which allows him to snag a Pokémon that appears from the pok?ball items for one thread, and he can only do it once. Once a pok?ball is thrown from Wes' Pokémon or one of their opponents, Wes charges the snag machine and attempts to snag it by rolling the dice and if he whens, he adds the Pokémon in his team till the end of the thread.

Final Smash:
Tyranitar's Shadow Rush-Wes returns his Pokémon and sends out his Shadow Tyranitar and let's a fury of shadow rushes

Personality:
Has the personality of the 'Noble Demon' he doesn't care of the way people sees him for snagging Pokémon, but he does care a lot for them and his small group of human friends, including Rui. Because of this, Wes tends to calm himself down when around them and not to get in too much trouble, less his friends might get involved. His relationship with Rui is a complicated one, Rui is Wes' first human companion, at first Wes thought that he'll only used Rui top find the shadow Pokémon to add power in his team, but the adventure seemed to change the anti-hero and wants to help Pokémon and his new friend. What he sees in Rui, is a feeling he doesn't understand.
His Pokémon can be each a half of his personality, Umbreon has the gruff side of Wes who loves fighting and tends to act like a 'jerk'
While Espeon takes Wes' nice side, and more calm and thinking
Both Pokémon are brothers and despite their bickering with each other, they are loyal to each and to their trainer.

History:
Wes' past is a complete mystery, and he doesn't want to talk about it. All that's known is that he was once a member of Team Snagem, the resident villains of the Orre region. Upon his 17th birthday, he stole the portable snaggem machines and blew the base sky high.
Hoping to be his own rebellious warrior, Wes ended up saving Rui, a girl who gave Wes kindness and generosity, something the young boy never had in his life for a long time. This lead the ex-con to help the girl save the world and Pokémon from having their hearts trapped into darkness from Cipher.
Together, the two managed to defeat the evil empire, and purified most of the Pokémon.
When Wes got into the Smash Bros, he also brought the snag machine to fill in the third Pokémon, but Rui made him promised not to snag the Pokémon from other smash bros-trainers. Wes agreed with an evil smirk, since he never promised not to snag the Pokémon appearing from pokeballs.

Hmm the Snag Machine sounds complecated, but as long as its temperory then I don't have too much of a problem. Keep in mind though it wouldnt be fair to keep someones Pok?mon forever, such as May's Blaziken; plus she wouldn't let Wes go if he did snag him. Wes is one of my favorite Pok?mon trainers, he showed us all Pok?mon is still badass.

okay, good app. AC, but a few minor additions please. I would like to see at least two moves more per Pok?mon, at least 2 more weaknesses (you can add weaknesses for the Pok?mon too to make it easier), at least 3 sentences more in the personality, and finally the snag machine...I'm a little unclear as to what you are going to do with it XD;. I have in my mind that you want to snag the "item" Pok?mon that appear while fighting opponents. If so, then you need to expand on it a little. You would be able to snag only once per thread, and you would have to roll twice maybe? Like, for one roll to be if the pok?ball appears or not, and the other roll to see if you snag it. I'm perfectly fine with it if it's like this. I do warn you though, the Pok?mon that appear out of the pokeballs may not be legendary Pok?mon. Those Pok?mon have been designated as either app.able as a playable characters or NPCs.

Otherwise everything looks pretty good, just make those changes and you have my approval! Kudos btw on giving him a Linkin Park song XD.
