Unfortunately for the SPM, Protoman kept his trusty shield between him and his attacker, so all the big soldier managed to do was hurt his hand.

But while the red armored robot got ready to counter-attack, something he NEVER expected to suddenly appear on the battlefield... did.

A plate of... Curry!? The air around it seemed to ripple faintly from heat, and the curry itself looked almost like magma...

And Protoman had the uncontrollable urge to eat it. Of course, after lunging at the plate of food, and scarfing it down, Protoman got up... then realized something.

HIS MOUTH WAS ON FIRE!

Spewing curses, the robot frantically looked around for water, ANYTHING to put this out, with no clue that he was spewing fireballs all over the place.

Pikachu cocked an ear towards Laharl's outburst, but was concentrating more on the Pig-Tank. If this thing was ANYTHING like conventional electronics, it SHOULD be weak against his electrical attacks. That said, Pikachu sent a Thunder Shock at the Pig-Tank, the rope of electricity arching along the ground toward the armored vehicle.

Samus barely dodged the oncoming strike, rolling to the side as the shot passed her. Kneeling, Samus raised her arm canon once more, and began to charge her canon, hoping that the power she would gain behind her next shot would have a better effect than her missile did.[rand=15052545507159076595104913958796879270320107047614865568779808851]

"YOU?!?!" she screamed, pointing at Laharl. "You're that....um...Bunny-Eared Overlord...guy. How did you get here??"

The white-haired boy arrived, exhausted, in the scene. "*huff, huff*...M...May? We gotta get...out of here. We shouldn't get involved!"

"We won't..." May slammed another poke-ball on the ground. "After we roast some porkies!"

The icy, yet short-tempered Glaceon emerged from the light, glaring at Laharl just incase he tries to attack her trainer.


While her trainer was too preoccupied with Laharl, Blaziken went on the offensive, without May's command, performing some punches and kicks while dashing past two Pig-Masks.

And the armored Pok?mon ran back at the tank, ramming its body on the side of the machine.

The large piggy couldn't dodge all of the fireballs and ended up flying backwards landing on his rear. Then the big guy got up cracking his knuckles. "Damn, that Super Spicy Curry always burns me up!"(Pun not intended) The angry soldier took out a Pig Grenade the previous soldiers before were using, and threw it at Protoman. And since he wasn't done expressing his rage, he took out a charged laser rifle and fired a back up ray at him.

The driver in the tank didn't expect a little yellow mouse to be intimidating at all, even with the electrical jolt coming at him knowing that the tank's defense will stand up to it. Sadly he didn't expect the electrical surge to be stronger then simple static from a carpet. Pikachu's attack jolted through the tank, but since the driver was too electrified to avoid the 2nd Pokémon's attack, the Pig Tank ended up with another large dent, and rolled back a bit shaking the poor driver up. "Ugh..."

The two Pig-Masks were bring pummeled quite easily by the red fighting machine, though they managed to barely dodge the 2nd attack of hers. They took this moment of opportunity to open fire on Blaziken and Pikachu.

"Feh, I would so love to teach your little smug bunch a lesson, but I'm afraid we've got bigger things to handle." He looked at the Pig-Tank, then reached into his scarf pulling out his ridiculously large sword, and arming himself with a demonic glare and smirk. "HA!" Said the leaping Overlord as he jumped down at the Tank, attempting to slice it up.

And with much success, the Overlord chopped the cannon nozzle of the vehicle in half, rendering its firing power useless.

"HA! How'd you like that?!" The demon said as he went into his evil laugh mode. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"

Sadly however, the tank was far from done. As a repair Pig-Mask quickly crawled out of the Tank, and started fixing the broken cannon as the tank itself retreated from the dangerous group. Laharl would have noticed this...if he wasn't too busy attempting to laugh himself into a coma.[rand=5101600620182792607866692155554153453721556485239713759157013592]

Protoman managed to dodge the first shot, by virtue of his frantic flailing to put out the curry, but that same flailing brought him into the line of fire of the second shot.

"GAH! This is gettin' REAL old, piggy!"

Then almost RIGHT in front of Protoman, a glowing sphere, appeared, and might have blinded the android were it not for his ever-present shades.

And of course, that position put it directly in the path of the flames spewing from Protoman's mouth.

Laharl may not have noticed the Pig-Tank's retreat, but his newest companion did. Frowning, Pikachu tore after the vehicle, bounding as quickly as a cheetah chases after its prey. No way that thing was getting away.

"Pika, pikapikapikachu kachu pika!" He shouted.

Samus already had the pursuit covered, not waiting a moment longer, Samus let the giant plasma shot go tearing through the air itself as it flew straight for the Pig-Tank.

"Whooooa!" May was so much at awe at the shiny Smash Ball, her attention failed on the battle she got involved. "Is that a Smash Ball?" She started to wonder what her Final Smash is.

While Brendan never liked battling, or competing tournaments, he too wondered what his final attack is. "Amazing..."

Unfortunately the piggies couldn't run from the little mouse, and found themselves being ganged up on. Which only got worse as the plasma shot from Samus hit them hard, shaking the soldiers out of the tank dizzy eyed. "..."

Laharl stopped his laughing once he noticed the Smash Ball. "Eh, whats this?" He simply watched in curiosity as Protoman fired fire balls at the shining sphere.

The Pig completely ignored the Smash ball and ran towards Protoman with his fists flying. "I won't let you get it!" Unfortunately because of the fire balls, he was forced back. "Gah no!"[rand=275037468974033255215939711618817670741772499290729437127756479464]

With a crash, the ball disintegrated under the fiery assault, the light trapped inside infusing the rather confused Android, leaving him with a gold glow coming from behind his shades

The curry had worn off almost as the Smash Ball broke, so Protoman was just left feeling... energized. He couldn't explain it, but it felt like his reactor was in overdrive.

Looking down at his hands in confusion, Protoman's reaction was... natural.

"What the heck was that?" Glancing up, the boy robot saw the SPM coming at him, and frowned.

"Y'know... you're REALLY getting on my nerves." A faint electronic whine, one Laharl would DEFINITELY recognize, began coming from the red warrior quickly building until it was almost painful to the ears.

"And y'know, this power feels pretty familar... Lemme show you why." With a smirk, Protoman brought his Buster back, the weapon glowing BRIGHT orange.

"BLUES... STRIKE!" His voice echoing, Protoman thrust his buster forward, the area in front of him became engulfed in what could best be described as a miniature sun, the nuclear fire reducing the street to glass, and the fireball blazing down the street for several blocks, leaving behind a swath of destruction.

Pleased by the fact that his superior speed enabled him to catch up with the vehicle, Pikachu now clambered on top of the Pig-Tank. Grinning evily, the Pok?mon twisted up, and then began spinning (one would say it looked like he was breakdancing) wildy, loosing huge gouts of electricity straight into the Pig-Tank and any Pig-Masks unfortunate enough to be touching the metal monster.

Just as she fired off the shot, a warning screen popped up on her visor.

*WARNING: Massive amounts of radiation detected.*

Turning, Samus immediately found the source, the glowing Protoman. That explained some things immediately. The only way anything would put off nuclear energy is a reactor...so that's what his core is! Great, her new companion was a walking reactor. She'd have to speak to him about this later.

Samus smiled as she watched Protoman fire off his Final Smash. The huge ball reminded her of her own Zero laser, which had a similar...destructive effect. She was sure the construction crews would have a fit later. His Smash was impressive, but she preferred the Zero Laser much better.

"May, get down!!" cried Brendan as he tugged May's arm.

May was just hypnotized by the brilliant light of Protoman's godly beam. The power a Smash Ball can give you...she already was thirsty for that power. Luckily for Brendan, May's Pok?mon were already on the job, shielding May from the heat of the beam.

"Hey! I wanna see!" she whined, trying to jump over her tall Blaziken.

Luckily, the Pig-Tank took in most of the damage on the outer plating. It proceeded to shake Pikachu off by ramming into a wall of a city building.

When Laharl saw the mini solar sphere running across the road, all he could do was point at it in shock with his "bunny ears" pointing straight up, and his eyes turning yellow. "OH FOR THE LOVE OF..." He ended up jumping far to the side to the safety of a building. "Jeez! How come I can't do that here...wait a minute." He remembered that this guy could only use this ability when he broke a Smash Ball. "...OF COURSE!" He then looked at his hands. "So, that Smash Ball might be able to bring me back to full power!"

It was a sad day for piggies everywhere, the almighty Scary Pig-Mask has been easily crushed and blown back with the attack. "Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!" With the last of his breath he yelled, as he transformed into trophy form and clattered on the ground.

"C...COMMANDER?!?!" The pig faced soldiers yelled in sorrow, they're mightiest warrior has fallen....to a newcomer.[rand=577984501351379873895373867679988633437681631297905682582970274]
