Moveset:
While Pike has a poor power stat, it works out because most of his special attacks don't deal damage by physical means(for example, if he were a Pokémon he would have Special Attacks ;o). His special moveset is composed of status manipulating attacks that are designed to work with his luck and, together, support his lack of raw power.
Standard Special Attack:No Touching- Pike blasts ear shattering music that confuses opponents and reverses their controls.
Upward Special Attack: Chain (R)- Panels link Pike to the battle stage or any foundation (They look like the panels from this screen)
Downward Special Attack: Shock- Discharge from Pike's stereo disables opponents for 2-3 turns (like Mewtwo's Disable).
Side Special Attack: G-Note- Pike releases a tiny 8-bit guy named G-note. He clings onto opponents and deals damage if not shaken off (like Pikmin!). He looks like this.
Final Smash: Bassline Blinder- Opponents on the battlefield are left in a paralyzed state by the record scratching coming from Pike's boombox. With everyone frozen, he is allowed to KO everyone freely. In the RP, all the other players are blinded instead of paralyzed.
Weaknesses:
As mentioned before, Pike isn't as strong as a regular Heavyweight but he's just as slow. This causes him to rely on his luck and decent endurance (His sturdy endurance allows him to do what he likes best, party 'til the AM!SHOT). Pike is also much more street smart than knowledgeable. He doesn't have much consideration for proper manners, either. Sometimes he can be too enthusiastic about things and let his hyperactive persona get the better of him.
Personality:
Pike is a calm, collected, and easygoing guy. He likes to joke and fool around and doesn't take things too seriously. Despite his big demeanor, he is very amiable and easy to get along with. He is persistent and can be very determined. Once he sets a goal, he won't stop until he achieves it. He has an adoration for cuteness and a soft spot for women. He is very loyal to his friends and likes to help out others who need him. He is very sympathetic, considerate, and somewhat sensitive.
On the other hand, Pike can be very tough when he needs to be. He's a bit of the silent type and only speaks when spokeen to. He's spiteful to those who are the same towards him. He doesn't like to start fights, but isn't afraid to participate in one either. He can be hyper and energetic, he is excited easily. He doesn't know proper etiquette, but he knows the basics such as being nice and attentive to others.

Pike comes from a very humble beginnings on Miles Noctis, the planet known as the birthplace of sound and the evernight moon. He was born into a poor family with a single mother and many siblings. But, influenced by society's attentiveness of melody, he grew up with a deep love for music.
When he was old enough to start working, Pike dropped out of school and began planning a career on the radio. He was able to start his own station and it became very popular locally. With support from his friends and neighbors, Pike made it to the big time and his efforts were finally recognized by major record companies who liked his fresh, funky style. While their universe had Rock, Pop, Jazz, Reggae, Latin, Dance, and Techno, it was introduced to Rap and Hip hop through Pike's broadcasts.
He gained much appeal, fans, and money, so much so that he was able to purchase his own planet. He named it Planet D.O.G. Though the planet's motto is "NO GRAFFITI!" the place is covered with tags and gang artwork. The planet is famous for its crazy, up beat, but hospitable citizens who take after their leader, Pike, himself.
