History
Obviously where there's a city, there has to be a sewer beneath it. Here, all the waste from above are sent here, from the things we don't want to talk about, the baby aligators that are fluhed down here. With the sewer tunnel connected to the Lake and other places, creatures from outside may end up here, and breed like some Alligators that weren't flush.
There also say that the sewer has mutants and creature that don't want to be seen from the above world, like Mole-Peopleand Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Events:
Alligators will come out and attack at any given moment. They can be hit and knocked out.
