 Yoshi scrambled to get back to the place he was before frantically cursing himself for his lapse in judgment as he zoomed past blurred trees in search of the duck-thing. Upon seeing a yellow spherical doohickey with black bobbins on it, Yoshi went "wow" relieved that his misstep would soon be corrected. |

 "Psy! Psy! Psy!" the chubby duck waddled down the path, running like he was about to fall. He completely lost trail of the Yoshi that took his trainer, but was sure he took this road.  And for once, he was right, for the red-head was walking towards the Pok?mon. "There you are, Psyduck! I was afraid that green Pok?mon or whatever came back to eat you." Sighing in relief, Psyduck dropped on his rear. "Psy, psy..." The girl pulled out a poke-ball from her belt. "We should go before that thing comes back." A laser shot from the ball, coating around Psyduck until he faded away. The beam reeled back into the button. The trainer placed it back in her belt and continued walking down the path. She just needed to head back to the beach so she can use mermaid mode and swim out of here. |

Yoshi skidded to a halt in front of the trainer, his eyes distorted with worry, maybe even tears. The duck-thing had vanished in a red beam of light and worse yet, the fish-girl was here to see how badly he messed things up. (I'm sorry!) He bowed to her profusely. |

It sounded like a Pok?mon, what with speaking with its name, but the mermaid still can't understand Pok?mon language; she's working on it. She wasn't sure why this thing dragged her in the lake, but it looked like it felt bad for what he did. Suck a cute face felted her anger away. "I don't know why you dumped me in that lake, but I don't like being dragged like that, okay?" Smiling, the girl knelt down a little at the dino. "Hi I'm Misty!" |

The girl could only giggle, not only at the cute display, but how he seemed to seem like a Pok?mon; saying its name in some form of a language. Perhaps leaving wouldn't be a good idea, seeing how friendly this little guy was. "Hey, I was just trying to teach my Psyduck how to swim. Heh heh...kind of embarrassing, since he's a WATER Pok?mon. But I guess teaching him in the ocean was too much." |

 The conversation, such as it was, was interrupted for a moment by a rustling in nearby bushes, as a small, ball shaped... robot came waddling out, it's head almost completely hidden under a large yellow hard hat. Upon seeing the human, and the dinosaur, it FROZE, it's huge eyes just staring at them... "MREEP!" Until it suddenly vanished under its hat, leaving the metal dome flush with the ground. |

The sound of the bushes attracted Misty's attention. From the strange, yet adorable appearance of the robot, it reminded Misty of a Pok?mon. If only she had a Poke-Dex, but those devices are only given to...'special' trainers. Never the less, the little robot sparked the gushy girly side of Misty as she clasped her hands together, squealing, "OH MY GOD ITS SO CUUUUTE!!!" She would've dived at it and hugged it, but Yoshi's tongue zipped right by her. "Hey!!!" |

[dice=10] Surprisingly, it seemed the robot was anchored quite firmly to the ground, and its hat was very smooth, making it impossible for the dinosaur's tongue to get a hold of it. And rather than move, the Met seemed quite happy to just stay there... As two more mets came out of the bushes, looking at the two. "Waaah!" Yoshi took both shots and spun around before landing nose first on the ground in front of the strange creatures. He stood up with an angry look on his face. "Pfff.." He shook his head, shaking off the pain of the last attacks and looking down at the pint-sized attackers. (That hurt.) He hopped in the air, certain a ground pound would deal with these mini menaces.

Okay...not so cute 'Pok?mon'. Even though Yoshi ticked off a group by assaulting one of their own, Misty still had to help the green one. From the look of their appearance, their helmets obviously gives them high defense, and they seem like a steel type. So... Misty reeled back a poke-ball, "Poliwrath, I choose-" And out came Psyduck from her belt, ready to make his trainer proud. "Psy-PSY!" "PSYDUCK!!!!! WILL YOU STOP DOING THAT?!?!" roared Gyrados-Misty. Psyduck took cover from her fury, behind a rock. "Pssyyyy...." |

[dice=6] To it's credit, Yoshi's target managed to avoid the ground pound, before countering with... a pick-axe? Winding up with the tool, which seemed to have simply appeared, attached to the side of it's hat, it brought the sharp implement down on the dinosaur's foot... Or tried to. The smoke cleared from her as the girl dropped to the ground, out cold. "Psy-PSY!" Barely, the duck invaded by tripping ... yeah ... don't ask how. Hopping back up, Psyduck leaped before Misty's body, glaring at the robos. But being the clutzy duck that he is, his attempt to be intimidating ... was .... not. It all but a staring contest, now.
