The pale man, Lord Dracula, said to himself as he walked through the ornate hallways of his castle, "Belmonts, Belmonts...that damned lineage." He grumbled, "They deserve to be cursed. Every last one, they deserve the plague I put upon them that several hundred years ago. It's their own damned fault for hunting my kind like prized beasts." He looked out a nearby window and saw Arthur and Shanoa slaying more and more beasts. "..." Shanoa, being the key word. He hadn't noticed the woman before, but now he saw her as she drew in closer. "...Hell." The man closed his eyes and sighed deeply. He looked toward the sky, "What have I done to deserve this punishment? All I did way back when was fill people's hearts with fear...and only out of retaliation to their hatred and prejiduce to my kind." He pointed toward the window sharply and yelled to the sky, "Well this is just DANDY isn't it!?" The man grumbled and stomped down the hallway, "There is no luck for those of the dark. There is no love for those of the dark. There is no god for those of the dark." A succubus flew in from around the corner, "Lord Dracula! They are back!" The man sighed, "I know. Please inform all the forces within my castle. Inform every creature within every tiny crack in all of this Castle that they have been put up for the draft. Also, tell Mr. Death to meet me here as soon as possible." The succubus nodded and said before flying off, "Yes Lord Dracula." The man put his forehead against the window along with the palm of his hand and sighed, "Sometimes...I wonder if I've made a mistake. Is this struggle to live such a terrible thing?" Just then, Death appeared out of the shadows of the room. "I have come as you have called...Mr. Tepes." "My friend, I need your help. As my messangers had told you, troublesome pests are at our heels once again." "I understand Mr. Tepes. What is your command?" "I ask you to please ensure the elimination of the Belmont...and take the girl and store her with Simon." He emotionlessly said. Death nodded while raising his scythe which shined in the light. "Your wish is my command Mr. Tepes." And with that, Death seemingly dissappeared into the darkness. Dracula turned his head and slowly walked off down the hall, "I am destined to walk this path...alone. Even my own son, Alucard, sides against me..."

"Where in the world are you, Adell?" Ol Drac and Death won't find themselves walking down said hallway alone, as a nice buxom maiden in black appeared in the castle. She looked around the hallways, confused. "Was there a malfunction in Miss Friday's portal? Normally we appear in the same place together." The demon princess crossed her arms below her chest, while slightly flapping her wings slightly. "Hello?" She said once more.

Dracula's ear moved slightly at the sound of the word hello. "Who is there, and why are you not preparing to exterminate the the bothersome intruders? If you have come to see to me, I am in no mood to socialize." His eyes fell on the very attaractive Rozalin. "And as charming as you may be my dear, I have no time for you. You may wait in my quarters for me if you wish, but currently I have business to take care of."

When Dracula showed himself infront of Rozalin, she blinked up at the man. "Ah, I am sorry sir. I did not know this was your abode." She then looked around. "Your quarters...very well, I shall wait for you." The Overlord incarnate had many questions and figured this man might be the one to ask, so she walked off to find Dracula's room.

Dracula watched the woman walk off in the opposite direction of his room. He blinked, "What kind of shananigan is this? Almost every succubus in this entire castle has been to my quarters. (...XD) Are you telling me you don't know the way?" Dracula gazed at the girl in confusion.

When the vampire lord finished, the blond stopped and turned around almost insulted. "Succubus? I'll have you know, I am no seductive demon." She then put on a proud smile as she put her hands on her sides and slightly raised her chin to the air. "I am Rozalin, daughter o..." Then she stopped herself to think for a moment. "Err, just Rozalin, demon noble of Veldime."

"..." Dracula stood there unimpressed. "Not to insult you my lady, but I've never heard of a Veldime, nor have I ever heard of a 'Demon Noble' at that, aside from what some mortals call me of course." He blinked, "Either you have stumbled upon my castle by mistake, or you are indeed from this place, and have been drinking far too much wine." Dracula smirked, "And believe me, if you've been drinking, I may be willing to forget my problems for a little while." (Sexist XD) The man's face went back to its usual unamused look after making that sarcastic remark.

"..." Suddenly, the demoness returned Dracula's unamused look with a glare and frown. "You..." Then she kept her cool by taking a deep breath and placing one hand over her heart. "No, stay calm Rozalin..." She told herself, then went back to Dracula. "Good sir, first off I do not drink fine wine. At least not since I left the castle. Second, I have no idea where this place is, I was certainly hoping you could provide an answer." Rozalin expected this man to be a fine gentleman, but he's very arrogant indeed. It almost reminded her of her "father".

Dracula had no time for explanations, though even vampires have a concious. "Forgive me ma'am, I am under alot of stress, and you have caught me at a terrible time." The man proceeded to talk, in a softer tone, "Currently, you are in the land formerly known as Transylvania. It was renamed Castlevania when I came to power." he stared at his hand as it lifted and curled, before opening up again. "You see, I am a Vampire. One from a fine line of known alchemists. We vampires have been hunted, as we have the... tendancies...to suck the blood from mortal men and women alike dry. Is it fair to hunt us for such a thing? I think not. You see, it's a chosen lifestyle, and we only seek for a meal once or twice a month. And I too...used to be a man, with a mortal name." He sighed, "Our numbers grew less and less each year...and we weren't able to leave the forest which we claimed as home. So I rose up against the humans. I used my superior power to spread a curse upon the entire human race! And then of course...claim this castle as my home. Not only did I curse the land, but I specifically cursed a bloodline. That of my dearest friend...Leon Belmont. He and his lineage would forever be cursed to 'hunt the night'." He smirked, "A stupid choice? Not at the time. You see, Leon had seen what I had become, and he couldn't hunt me, even though his curse has proven to be that only he, or someone related to him, may actually be able to kill me. It's nearly genious. Out of that deal, many vampire hunters have failed their duties of ridding me, and therefore ridding the plague I put on their land." His eyelids closed halfway as he turned his head in a location that went astray from Rozalin's figure, "But that same lineage...that very bloodline...none of them are like Leon. They're all ungrateful, arrogrant, untrustworthy bastards." His voice grew angry as he was describing them. "They've destroyed me...multiple times. Even when I was at peak power. After several revivals...the mind and the body...they grow tired. And so many memories I have, mostly dark ones..." Dracula cocked his head at Rozalin, "I believe that I may have made a mistake so long ago, when I chose to give up my mortality to become what I am today." He smirked slightly, "Though...I may have never met him if I had stayed dead...Simon." Dracula began to go off on a tangeant, forgetting he was talking to Rozalin, "Simon Belmont...he was the closest to Leon, he was indeed....different. Much stronger though...even stronger than I." A dark shadow covered Dracula's face, "If he hadn't tried to kill me...we could have possibly been friends, so long ago. But he decided to rid my existance, for I was a Vampire, and he was a Belmont...And I thought I'd never see the likes of him again after he defeated me both times nearly a century ago." The man smiled wide, "But now I have him...locked up, and in a sort of...confinement. The man that once hunted me has been hunted." He turned toward Rozalin with a slightly happier attitude, "Pleasant irony, don't you agree?" The happiness was soon drained when he caught the sight of Arthur impaling a zombie outside the window near Rozalin, "..." and then he sighed, "I'm terribly sorry, I haven't mentioned my name. I am Dracula Vlad Tepes ma'am, and I am pleased to make your acquaintence."

This was all pretty deep to take in, but Rozalin sympathized with this man somewhat. "My, you are a gentleman after all. Pleased to meet you Mr Tepe." She then looked outside a window. "I can sympathize with you, we demons do have needs to survive. It's difficult for humans to know that." She sighed. "Although, I had everything handed to me for most of my life, even today..." Rozalin reminisced about her days trapped within the manor walls, being kept from the outside world by Zenon. She has broken free of her shackles in time, but apparently not free enough to see the hardships of people like Dracula. Of course, there was the demon ninja village of Snow Melody, where they were attacked for the sake of a simple child. Or people like Axel, who struggle to keep their families healthy.

"Hmph, it's not so much difficult for humans to know. It's more like that they know but don't care." He snickered as Shanoa and Arthur proceeded to make their way up to the 5 Minotaur Guards. "So, tell me, what is this...Veldime? Explain to me which location of the world this is located in, and why they haven't heard the story of the curse of Transylvania." Dracula felt a bit more confident this time, as Death and the Minotaurs seem to have the intruders covered.

The girl turned to Dracula, with the answer: "Actually, Veldime is a world of its own. Its a human world turned Netherworld by my late father's curse, that is why I have never heard of Transylvania." Rozalin probably hit a Netherworld that doesn't know other worlds like their own exists, at least that's what she thought.

"Hmm...interesting." The man rose an eyebrow. This is the first he's heard of this world, though after all he's seen, he didn't doubt its existance. "I've never heard of such a thing as this...It catches my interest." The man rose his head again to check on the battle. He witnessed Arthur throw a Minotaur's own axe at another Minotaur, the proceed to pour fire water down the third's throat, and lodge a sword in the fourth's neck. The fourth Minotaur began to wail and scream as it tried to hit Arthur off, but eventually became incapacitated, leaving only the more powerful Minotaur to stand. Dracula sighed at this. "...I'm sorry, but you must excuse me." The man pointed out the window, "I must go and prepare to defend myself." He hissed, "Those damned people...those damned vampire hunters." He pulled his cloak over half of his face as he began to walk off, "If you wish to remain safe, don't stay behind because of me. You may take refuge in my quarters down the hall."

Rozalin simply blinked at the man, then through the window as she saw the battle bellow. "Ah, I see what is going on..." She then turned to Dracula, and smiled. "Mr Tepe, please allow me to assist you. I may not look it, but I am an experienced gunman." She then pulled her trusty pink handgun out of who knows where, and winked.

Dracula smiled, "Indeed." The man looked out the window now to see the monsters all defeated, and Death now starting the fight. He said under his breath, "Please don't fail me...old friend." His eyes rose again to meet Rozalin's, "Rozalin. I would more than happy to accept your aissistance. Currently, it's those people outside the window that are intruding. These are the only two that seem to be after me, and I would be very appreciative if you would get down there as soon as possible and help my friend stop them dead in their tracks. Do you follow?"
