 <Ah, I thought she was.> Answered the egg carrier, but of course Pikachu was the only one who could actually understand it from the repeats of her name. <I saw Link when the ambulance spun around the mall area, he didn't seem hurt though.> She mentioned that to let Pikachu know Link wasn't affected by the blast.  After seeing the Arwing fly down, Slippy quickly ran over and hopped into the back seat. "Come on, Peppy! We gotta get back to the Great Fox!" The toad's voice sounded... well, it certainly wasn't "eager", but he definately wanted to hurry up and get going. Whatever was going on aboard the Great Fox was probably his fault, so he really wanted to fix the mess before the others found out. He got enough flack as is... |

 Yeah, and he knew that tone well. He knew full well Slippy didn't want any of the others, especially Falco, to hear another of his fowl-ups screwing everything. Sure, this was yet one of his biggest fowl-ups, but Peppy wasn't going to rat the others on this. But he was going to have words with the toad after this mess is cleaned.  As the hare was getting the systems ready, Jim and his friends were on the rocket, hovering by the parked Arwing. "Onward, sagacious bunny, in the quest for your cherish base-thingy... cuz seriously, I have to follow you; I don't know where it is." "Hold you horses!" after he was done typing commands, Peppy hammered the console. "Drats!! Those punks locked me out! I can't access the security from here! We're gonna have to brave through whatever defenses they'll use." As the pit-hatched closed the Arwing rose high before aiming at the sky and blasted off. Jim and friends followed suit on the Pocket Rocket. |

First, he waved his little arms excitedly to catch their attention. "Pikachuuuu!" He cried out before enacting a little charade. First, he pretended he was holding a sword and shield in each paw. He then proceeded to imitate searching for something on the horizon before hopping on alternate feet, as if he had found what he had been looking for. "Pika-pika-pika-chu!" |

 "..." What...what was he doing? Dancing? Midna's mouth twitched as she suppressed a smirk, in large part thanks to some remaining annoyance at the Chansey's abrupt arrival and the incomprehensible conversation she'd been left out of. She was suddenly reminded of back when she and Link first met, and the boy's first few frustrating attempts to communicate with her in his wolf form, before she finally took pity and revealed to him how she could link their minds together to talk without vocal chords. Link had tried a tactic similar to this one at one point, but it didn't work nearly as well. That memory caused the smirk she'd been suppressing to break free, and she clapped a hand over her mouth to avoid bursting into laughter. She got the general gist of the message -- Peek-a-Boo somehow knew where Link was, now -- but for the sake of comical effect, she still turned to Laharl with a dry grin and said, "Did you catch any of that?" |

With a deep sigh and crossed arms, he cocked his head over at Midna. "Don't look at me, I have a hard enough time trying to keep up with this guy as it is!" Of course he couldn't understand Pikachu, despite the fact he got lucky a few times and figured out the meaning behind his words. |

 Midna's grin widened. "Yeah, that's what I figured." Floating over to the yellow mouse, she descended through the air until she was standing next to it. To her surprise, it was almost as tall as she was. She ruffled the fur between its big pointy ears with a fanged grin. "Okay, little guy. If you know where he is, lead the way." |

"Pik-a-chu!" Pikachu replied, saluting Midna before turning and leading them to the mall nearby. To be honest though, that smarmy comment was rather annoying. He couldn't wait for Link to disprove her claim that she was a cursed Zelda. |
