Ammy counted the Rabbids as they came within view...ten verses one...no, two; she heard the half-beast following her. The odds seemed fair enough to the goddess, though she would have taken them on herself either way. She crouched down lower as she neared the line of Rabbids, ready to leap into battle as soon as she was close enough.

[dice=6] *SLASH!*And away the rabbid flew... He promptly went "thud!" against a tree and landed in a few bushes. The agonized groan that came from said bush seemed evidence enough that he wasn't comming back. As for the mini-army that was now facing Ammy and Ranulf, they quickly began to formulate an incredibly complex and in-depth strategy as to how to take down their two skilled opponents... ... Oh, who am I kidding? They "Zurgling Rushed" them all. "DAAAHHH!!!" In the course of the next three seconds, both the wolf and the laguz were hit with virtually everything... including the kitchen sink. (both Ammy and Ranulf roll against these)[dice=6] - Spiked Club [dice=6] - Fly Swatter [dice=6] - Spatula [dice=6] - Sausage [dice=6] - Feather Duster [dice=6] - Carrot [dice=6] - Kitchen Tongs [dice=6] - Laddle [dice=6] - Plunger (of course) [dice=6] - Kitchen Sink[rand=339823255332064366971228811301192471797918001589659761820276836717]

The knight, with a single twirl of his sword, sheathed the mighty weapon on his back. "Twas a fair duel. For that, I shalt commend you."

[dice=6] [dice=6] [dice=6] [dice=6] [dice=6] [dice=6] [dice=6] [dice=6] [dice=6] [dice=6] While the cat man dodged most of the attacks, he ended up getting swatted by a few of the items. "Oh boy, this might be..." Then out of nowhere came a golden blade in the air, and a familier figure leaped up grabbing it. "AETHER!" He slammed down at the Rabbids with brutal force. A man in torn clothes came out of a thick forest not too far away from the fight scene with the rabbids. He was incredibley wounded, so wounded he could barely walk. His legs collapsed under him and he fell onto the ground, "uhh...someone...help....please....need...help..."

The knight was the first, and probably the only one to see the man arrive, and then fall to the ground. Almost immediately, he was running over, and helping the unfortunate man sit upright. "Poor soul, what foul fate has befallen you? Dost there be any task that I canst perform to aid you?" The knight knew he had offered his blade to assist Ike, but, if he were to abandon an older, stronger oath to protect those who needed it, would it mean anything to help the warrior save his own kingdom?

The man looked up at Arthur with tears in his eyes, "I...am the only...one who....escaped..." he took a small gulp and licked his lips, "There were...2 other men with me....but I'm the only one...the...only one..." He was having a hard time talking, he obviously wasn't ONLY tired, but also in shock, as some comrades of his were lost. "David...was taken...George...is lost...I...am here...I...want to help...my village..." He gathered up some strength, "My village...is through the forest...it's cursed...it's in need...of help..." The man continued on after coughing, "Please...get help...many monsters...been trapped...for many years..." The man was in pain and went silent as he grabbed Arthur's arm, "Please..."

The knight nodded solemnly at the villager's news. "I doth swear on my honor that I shalt help free your village from its foul curse, and the monsters that doth plague it. I shalt only need to know the path, and thy name, so that I shalt tell those you left behind of your bravery."

The villager gathered up his energy and pointed to the forest, "Go into the forest...and you should see some trees...with stripped bark...that is your path..." The man let go of his air and whispered, "My name...is Michael Zelos...thank...thank...you..." he then slowly changed into a trophy, then the trophy turned to sand and blew away in the wind, leving nothing behind but a trophy stand.

The knight, while startled b the bizarre demise of Michael, stood, looking in the direction Ike and the others were in. "I doth hope that thou shalt forgive me, but I must help these unfortunate people. Mine honor and mine oath demand it." And with those words, the brave (but short) knight took off into the forest.

[dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] Ammy was knocked back with a mighty force as half of the Rabbids hit her. The decision to charge head force into battle was not one of her smarter ones. "Watch it Furball, you could have gotten yourself killed!" Issun yelled from his safe spot in her fur. Indeed, the goddess had become careless, but not again. Ammy had to take a moment to catch her breath before she would be able to make for a second attack.[rand=21354747089650816295230984465996277429763590245189659727972017531]

[dice=6] The end result of Ike's attack? Bunnies flying everywhere. In the same way a pebble thrown in a small pond results in a rippling effect, a literal "ring" of Rabbids went soaring out from the center of the impact. This eventually led in all of the creatures crash-landing into trees, bushes, and other such foliage. There was a moment of silence before it was followed by a quiet (and nearly synchronized) collection of Rabbid groans.[rand=88030118165514461862255315365763428816132323864126851048593324331]

When the demented rabbits flew away from Ike's mighty attack, he rose from his knee sheathing his blade between his back and cape. He looked back at Ranulf. "Are you alright?" The Laguz man was pretty glad that his friend showed up in time. "Nice work Ike, that would have gotten dicey." The mercenary walked over to Ranulf nodding. "Smash City was alright after all, we didn't need to be there...but unfortunately it was a distraction." "What?!" Ranulf was hoping it wasn't too bad. "...Where are they planning on attacking?" The mercenary came out with it. "Crimea." Cue the face palm. "Crap, that's the one place...we gotta go, now!" He looked over at Ammy. "You ok for another run?"

The wolf looked over to others, barking a yes as she strolled over. Though she was unable to express it, she was very grateful for Ike's help. If he hadn't shown up, even the sun goddess herself may had been done for. To speak for her once more, the green-lighted bug appeared from his hiding spot and began to jump up and down on Ammy's nose. "Of course!" Issun agreed. "They don't call her Cross-Country Ammy for nothing!" Where did Issun get those silly nicknames, anyway?

With a smile, he nodded back to the bug. "Alright then, lets go!" He ran off quickly through the forest with Ike right behind him. 'Mist, Elincia...hang in there!' Ike was determined to make it in to the kingdom, and as such allowed him to run a bit faster.
