But from out of nowhere, a blue blur orbited around the great dog in swift speed, lifting the robot high in a blue twister.

The speedy blue ball landed like a bomb in front of the twister, 'forming' into a humanoid shape with a hedgehog head. Sonic the Hedgehog stood proud, with his arms folded, rubbing the bottom of his nose as he grinned at Bass.

"Heya, fish-sticks! You might wanna send robo-mutt to a obedience school or something cuz GEEZ!"

[Mage]

When Sonic showed up, Sami's head threw over to him. "Who are you?!" She was then surprised to see that the figure was actually Sonic the Hedgehog, one of the two first 3rd party warriors to enter Smash. "Whoa..."

When Andy saw Sonic, he had a wide smile on his face. "Whoa, how awesome! Hes so fast! Go Sonic!" It seems Sonic has a way of bringing smiles on children's faces everywhere, and makes them call out his name in joy.

[Vize Viper]

The black android's eyes narrowed as he looked at this new arrival. From what that human said, his name was "Sonic".

"Hmph. Treble obeys JUST fine."

Treble, meanwhile, flipped back onto his feet before he hit the ground, and jumped back over to Bass, growling at the blue hedgehog.

A smirk crossed his face as he armed his Buster, striding towards Sonic.

"Looks like you're a quick one." A malicious chuckle escaped the Wily-bot.

"I can handle quick."

Still eyeing at Bass, in his cool fashion, Sonic gave a V-sign behind him to the kids. Sonic rolled his eyes at Bass, as if he heard THAT hundreds of times. Crossing on leg over the other,

"Sure you can...so says the Mega Man wannabe. I mean, football helmet, arm-blaster thing, Robo-Lassie. Guess me and Mega Guy have one thing in common, fish-sticks; We have fakers! Kinda flattering, really..."

[Mage]

The childish mechanic cheered at Sonic's V sign and awesomeness. "Woooo, how cool!"

The woman looked at Andy. "Andy, we're still in the middle of battle you know!"

The boy in red frowned at Sami. "Like your one to talk, I seem to recall you saying Snake was the manliest soldier you've ever met."

The girl turned bright red to match her hair color, and hid her face under her hands. "Err...I, I don't remember that..." Then she turned from Andy looking up to the sky smiling. "Snake..." She whispered to herself. Sami may have a crush on Andy, but she admires Snake as much as Tetra admires a certain pirate from a movie.

[Vize Viper]

As the hedgehog spokee, Bass' eye... twitched. Apparently, Sonic had struck a nerve.

"Did you... just call me... a MEGA MAN WANNABE!?" The android snarled, leveling his buster at the Blue Blur.

"I'M SUPERIOR TO THAT BLUEBERRY IN EVERY WAY! I'LL KILL HIM!"

Treble actually WHIMPERED in the face of his master's fury, and he wasn't even on the receiving end of it, actually moving towards the humans to hide behind one of them.

And Bass didn't even NOTICE. He just snarled again. "And I'll kill YOU too for even SUGGESTING that, you stupid RAT."

And he opened fire.

Although some of the shots hit Sonic with exploding force, the hedgehog quickly recovered and zipped under the more powerful ones. Gotta hand it to whoever built this thing, he thought. Not even Metal Sonic can express anger this realistically. But still, Sonic will smash this bot like any other.

Wiping the dust off his head, Sonic smirked, "Heh! You and Omega seriously need a hug, but I'm not gonna do it." leaping back, Sonic took a battle stance. "Bring it on!"

"THEN IT'S AGREED!!!!"

Groaning, Sonic recognized the voice under the speakers. "Oh no..."

From above the buildings was a blimp with a large TV screen. And appearing on the screen was none other than the energetic elder, Mr. Referee.

"I officially declare this to be an official Smash Battle! Smashers ready?"

"Did the Hands REALLY hired you?" he shouted up to the blimp.

"Smashers..." chopping his arm down...

"SMASH BATTLLLLLEEEEE!!!!"

"You can never get an answer from that kook. Oh well..." Blasting off, Sonic bounced on the buildings, and disabled ships behind Bass like a pinball, while taking some shots on the robot as he did.

[Mage]

Sami ended up looking at the blimp above. "Wow, new addition I suppose." She went to Andy, and helped him up. "Lets find Roll and Marina, your still hurt."

With a frown as Sami helped him up, Andy sighed. "Aww...but I wanna watch the fight." But he was forcibly moved away from the action when Sami picked him up in her arms, like a groom carrying his bride. "...Whoa, you got strong, Sami."

The black android, surprisingly, managed to dodge Sonic's first two strikes, but was hit head-on by the third, stumbling away from the attack, before firing at the hedgehog. He'd slipped into battle mode now.

No more taunts. No more tantrums.

Only the complete destruction of his opponent. He'd even tuned out that referee.

One blast managed to hit Sonic since he was busy ceasing his 'spinball' attack. But he took that cue to blast pass the others, hurtling for Bass at break neck speed.

"So what do they call you? No, let me guess!" Zipping right up to Bass, Sonic smirked and kicked Bass below his chest-plate; his stomach. "Trout-Man?"

"Rockfish?" And uppercut to the chin... "Sea Raven?"

"OH! I got it!!" And top it all off with a axel-kick to send Bass flying. "The SUSHI!!!"

For Sonic, it's never a rest for taunts.


Meanwhile, Roll carefully approached the area, hiding behind the wreckage of her ship. She had a wrench handy while keeping Marina close to her. "I wonder what's happening there?" [rand=549930958174668441261035847595341672470015241250823020055229969594]

[Mage]

Soon enough, Sami came up to Roll and Marina. "Roll, its me." She put Andy down on his feet.

The boy looked at Roll blinking. "...Rachel looks different." He mistook Roll for a friend of his.

The girl sighed. "No, thats not Rachel. Andy..."

[Vize Viper]

The robot stumbled back from the kick, his eyes simply narrowing at the blue rodent in front of him. "My name..."

He then sidestepped the uppercut, winding up a punch of his own.

"IS BASS! And it's pronounced like the sound control, NOT the fish! I AM NOT A FISH!"

Unfortunately, what would have probably been a devastating punch was cut off by the axel-kick, and he was knocked back, into an unusable car.

With a growl, the black android glanced at the car next to him... then ripped the door off. With a small smirk, he then FLUNG the new projectile at Sonic, following it with a volley of Buster fire.

Landing from his attack, Sonic smirked, "Whoa! I was close-GRCK!!!" And his folly received a door to the face, followed by a shot, which accurately blasted through the window of the door.

Always thinking fast, Sonic grabbed the door and used it as a shield for the rest of the blasts.

"Get the door for me, will ya Bass?" He mocked, pronouncing the name in a fish-form. And he kicked the door right back at Bass. But before the door reached to the robot, Sonic blasted and bounced off the flying door, making it sail faster.

Using the neighborhood as his own personal pinball-park again, Sonic bounced off the buildings, cars, everything, shooting through the Robot Master in blinding speed.

"Oh uh...hi." she sheepishly greeted to Andy. She then peaked around the ship, getting a peak at the battle between the robot and hedgehog. "Who is that? Think we should help him?" [rand=0958520399421970476207777379922470406811475313143548146834607862368]

[Mage]

"That is Sonic the Hedgehog, hes famous around here. He'll be fine, and I don't think we can help when its a one on one fight." She then turned to Andy. "But beside that..."

With a smile, Andy limped up to Sami. "I bet you missed me hu...?!" Andy ended up with Sami's fist under his chin, and sailed back into one of the ships. "Ow..."

With a growl at Andy, Sami looked down at him. "Idiot! How could you leave the Warfield like that?! Do you know what you put us all through?!"

The clueless mechanic sat up, rubbing his head. "Well, I just saw that giant ship and I went on my craze, you know how I..."

The soldier did NOT except this, she bent to Andy looking at him in the eye. "Thats NOT an excuse! You need to learn responsibility as a soldier, Andy!"

With a small smirk, Bass swatted the flying door aside, beginning to charge.

And had to jump over the incoming hedgehog, which left him open to the next three hits.

"AUGH!" The robot hit the ground, then forced himself back to his feet.

Once he got a bead on Sonic, he charged, then rocketed diagonally upwards, surrounded by a corona of gold energy.
